ビジネスホテル並みですが、歯磨きや髭剃りが置いていませんでした。 行ったら出てきます。 シャワーのノブをひっかけるところが壊れていました。 日にちがたつに連れコーヒーや紅茶の置いていく個数が減ります。

朝食を全日程支払っていたにもかかわらず、毎朝ルームナンバーを聞き支払いを要求された 毎朝領収書を見せて説明しても毎朝毎朝支払いを要求され朝からとても不愉快だった システムが悪いせいだと言い訳してたがヒドイ それに値段が高い割に毎朝全く同じものしか置いてない ホテルの夕食ぼゴンドラは値段も味もそこそこだった

Hotel staff level quite low
The restraurant staffs are dissapointing by no attention to the customers. Breakfast staffs are more chating rather than serving. Miss order / no attention to the customers.

カイロに来るたびに宿泊しています。 お部屋も清潔で、スタッフのサービスも良いです。 プールの地下にジャグジーとスチームサウナがあり 宿泊者はタダで利用できます。 仕事の後にリラックス出来ますよ。 ネットの速度も特に問題なし。 1階のイタリアンレストランのシーフードリゾットが最高。 但し壁が薄くて、隣の部屋のテレビがうるさい時があります。 フロントに相談したら、すぐに隣の部屋に電話し、ボリュームを下げるよう依頼してくれました。

ホテルは清潔で作りもしっかりしていて良いです。 サービスも満足。 ただ、プールサイドに面した部屋だと、毎日深夜２時まで生バンドやベリーダンスをやっている為、大変うるさいです。 ネットのスピードも遅い

Väldigt fint hotell, du får en lyx känsla av servicen du får. Jätte rymliga rum som var rena. Sängen var skön. Hotellets läge är perfekt då du är nära centrum men på ett lugnt område där du kan sova utan att störas av ljud från utsida. Free shuttle service to (and from?) the airport.
Very professional service. Especially the fact that we arrived at 11:00 pm the night before a 7:00 am international flight. There was a 3:00 am wakeup call and the shuttle was waiting at 4:00 am. The fact that the airport shuttle was included for free as part of the room was a positive surprise. Note: Free airport shuttle service wasn't something we even knew about and should be more prominently advertised.

Please renovate
Bought 4 night stay. Got placed in the old side of the othel. Smelly and rotting room from the 90s. Here and there signs of jobs done on toilet, walls but terribly put together. The entire floor was pervaded by by very strong smell of paint. Terrible. Claimed to the reception I 've been upgraded to the new tower. I' m thankful for the however I feel not honest selling the old tower's room charging normal prices. Imagine if someone accepts and doesn't claim... Italian restaurant is not good. Not tried the others, not inviting. Will not return. The newer tower is nice for Egyptian standards, but I feel prices are too expensive to buy these rooms.

Be gentle with wake up calls
I asked for a wake up call for my room for the shuttle service and was yelled at a few times for being late. I was called with 10 min to spare. I woke up frazzled and ran downstairs only to find that it was just us on the bus. No sure why I needed to be rushed in that way. Otherwise service for checkin was nice and the room was clean and refreshing.

Beautiful property. Staff in lobby totally ignored us. Watched us struggle to lift suitcases down stairs, watched us pull suitcases outside then one employee approached us to load luggages into taxi. We declined his help and told him that they ignored us while we struggled, why pay attention to us now? For a tip?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning occurred regularly. Restaurant selection was excellent. Security was excellent. Access to pool was excellent. The rooms were a bit dated and air con could have been slightly stronger. But beds were comfortable. Wifi signal not very strong. Overall this was well worth the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff is very rude, expect attitudes. No where to get food later in evening (was refused even just a cup of water for a 7 year old). Very snarky attitudes. Don't get a massage- avoid the spa. Husband and I had a very hard time getting an appointment ('we have availability at noon.... Actually 1... Oops sorry there's a "problem with the room come back at 5pm" ---literally for about 4 separate attempts). Spa staff was nasty, audible gasps and sighs, yelling at each other in Arabic. It was apparent they didn't want to do services. Manager there was nice but his staff are horrendous. Worst massage I've ever had, very unprofessional. No blanket to cover myself, the masseuse left me alone several times with no explanation. She also gave me a head massage (I paid extra) and I had severe head pain through the following day as she had ripped out a great deal of hair while knotting my hair during the attempted "massage". Horrible. Warned the group I was with to not book their services.

My stay at Sonesta Hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would rate this hotel as a 5 star hotel. It had 4 restaurants and a bakery separate from the casino.

where is the bed?
Arrived near 11 PM after 30 hours of travel and it took 1.5 hours to deliver a mattress slab for our triple room. Plus several phone calls to remind them. There were only 2 bath towels even though we had a room for three. I had booked the room for three months ago and there is a premium charge.
