The asset of this property are its excellent staff. Aiman, the property manager, went out of his way to make our stay a comfortable and memorable experience. We were impressed with his calm and friendly manners. He also got us a very good deal for our trips and excursions. All the girls and boys at the reception desk were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We have travelled to many Muslim countries and have stayed in high class hotels. However no other hotels ever provided a prayer mat in the room. To us, having a prayer mat in the room, was a highly appreciable feature of this property. We stayed for five nights. After a couple of nights it started feeling as if we were staying with family and friends. The city location of this property was convenient for shopping and dining out which balanced the traffic noise that came with this downtown stay. All in all we enjoyed our time at Park Plaza Hotel.
