グリーンに囲まれた落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル

従業員のみなさんが笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて、滞在中は気持ち良く過ごすことができました。何か相談した際も、ひとつひとつ親身に対応して下さり、好感が持てました。お部屋やホテル内のインテリアもセンスが良く、プールはほぼ毎日利用（ほぼ貸し切り状態）してました。ロケーションも、ビーチは目の前、スーパーマーケット(小さいですが)やケアンズ行きのバス停からも近いのでとても便利です。夕方のフルーツポンチの無料サービス、クリスマスに滞在したら、オーナーさんからカードとプレゼントのサプライズも！唯一、子ども連れだったため、スパの利用ができなかったのが悔やまれます。できることなら、また行きたいです！

最高のホテル！ただ…

3泊しました。最高のホテルでした。レストランでの料理も美味しく従業員の対応も良かったです。プールもついておりいつでも利用できるのもよかったです。客室には食器類と食器洗浄機が揃っていました。ただ、自然の中にあるため小さい蟻が部屋の中にいます。スリッパを履けば特に問題ありませんが極度の虫嫌いのかたは辛いかもしれません。

良いホテルだが、隣に問題あり

6日間、滞在した。避寒に来るオーストラリア人の老夫婦が主な客のようだ。スタッフは親切で、料理もおいしい。ただし、部屋によっては、隣接ホテルからの騒音がかなり問題。

隣が公園のようで、夜9:00過ぎまで、若者たちが、飲んで歌って騒がしかった。暑い地域のせいか、シャワールームのみ。価格の割にコストパフォーマンスが低い。

ゆっくり過ごしました

夜は静かで波の音が聞こえました。朝からプールで遊んだり、海辺を散歩したり、お部屋で本を読んだり、のんびりするにはもってこいの環境です。併設するエステも独特の手法でリラックスできました。スタッフもみんな親切かつフレンドリーです。

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is dated. It had its hey day in the 70s and everything is still from that era. The mattress is lumpy and old. The shower is tiny and it’s impossible not to get your hair wet with the rain shower that was obviously installed afterwards and does not belong in the tiny shower stall. The porcelain sink had hundreds of hairline cracks. You will need to buy your own toiletries if you don’t want to smell like a man-cedarwood and juniper. I want to finish on a good note and reiterate that the staff is top notch, from the concierge to the front desk and restaurant staff. The hotel just needs a lot of updating from the 70s

Beautiful and Convenient

I loved staying at Reef House. The grounds are beautiful and we especially loved the mineral pool and spa. The bed is very comfy and the location is great. We would definitly come again!

I am so happy I found this place. I have a gluten allergy and every meal was appetizing and prepared safely! The hospitality of the staff was amazing. It really stood out as the best place I stayed throughout all of Australia.

The grounds and pool were very good but the rooms had very minimal furniture. The room area was large but had very little furniture. The kitchenette was a small bar fridge, sink and microwave and it was located outside the room on the verandah. Not a very clean environment for prepping food.

A little haven

This property is a bliss. A little haven from your daily stress of normal life. Staffs are wonderful and professional. Beautiful breakfast and lovely pool in a old glamour. Oceania in front desk , she is amazingly helpful host. Kerri in breakfast and Anna in dinner service, Joel and Janet. All fabulous. We don't want to leave our haven.

Great location, exceptional service and staff. We were happy with our room and amenities. Felt that the mineral pool area needs a lot of maintenance done. It’s a bit run down. The other pool area is nice.The breakfast was amazing.

Dismal service.

Arrived to be told reservation was cancelled despite having re-confirmed two days prior. Then told room type wasn’t available. Offered a room that was unclean and under repair. Worst experience ever. No catering of any type on property, despite not advising that on booking site. I would not recommend this hotel.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, two pools, and scheduled daily activities. I am not a Spa person but have family that would have made use of the Spa. The word 'complimentary' comes fast to my mind as there were many offerings from champagne in the room to sorbet by the adult only pool; daily social with drink of the day at the Brigadier bar (first and only bar set up on the honor system); fishing gear, bicycles/helmets, videos etc. and concierge services to assist with tours, transportation and reminders so we wouldn't miss a thing.

Staff were friendly and professional, very helpful. The room was lovely. The punch hour at the bar is great and the gifts on arrival are welcoming. It would be nice to have a buffet breakfast instead of a continental. And the restaurant to be discounted for guests.

Gorgeous colonial style property with heaps of complementary extras. Sorbet by the pool every afternoon, cocktails and canapés at The Brigadiers Bar every evening, bikes, fishing equipment, games/library room, bottle of wine in room fridge, and more. Staff are amazing and ever ready to help. Shout out to Bernard, one of the reasons we returned here. Five star all the way!!!
