Located in the heart of Palm Cove, enjoy coastal convenience from this poolside oasis, less than a 10-minute walk from Palm Cove Beach and Williams Esplanade, lined with restaurants and cafés. Embracing its coastal locale, the villa features air-conditioned, open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto an expansive patio overlooking the private pool. A modern kitchen, five bathrooms and on-site parking add to the comfort, making this villa the perfect retreat to soak up the Queensland sunshine.



The Space:

Set on an estate with two other self-contained villas, you’ll enjoy complete privacy while still being close enough to walk to the beach, shops and local eateries. Inside, you’ll find a cosy lounge area with reclining chairs to kick back and watch TV. The chef’s kitchen is framed by a central island and is well-equipped with all the essentials to whip up meals at home. Choose to dine at the eight-seater timber table or retreat to the poolside cabana for some wine and cheese as you laze by the sparkling private pool.



Four king bedrooms sleep eight guests and offer a restful night's sleep, with air conditioning, ceiling fans and plenty of storage for your belongings. All bedrooms except the first can be configured as a king or split into two king singles upon request. Three ensuite bathrooms feature walk-in showers, while a fourth bathroom offers a shower-over-bath combination, ideal for families with young children. A fifth bathroom doubles as a convenient laundry, complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Complimentary boutique consumables are provided for your stay.



Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washing machine and dryer and ample secure parking on the driveway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa and the main pool to yourself. The backyard and driveway are shared with two smaller villas within the complex. Please make yourself at home!



The Neighborhood:

With it's prime position just a 10-minute stroll from Palm Cove Beach and William Esplanade, you'll be moments from the sand and surf. Spend your days lazing by the beach or explore the dozens of eateries within walking distance. Start your morning with a coffee from The Beach Hut Cafe & Juice Bar, pop in for a pub-style meal at Chill At Portofino or enjoy an elevated dining experience at the waterfront Nu Nu Restaurant. Palm Cove Jetty is a 15-minute walk away where you can fish or swim. Hop in the car to experience the Great Barrier Reef Drive or explore the beautiful beaches and reserves along the coast.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the driveway and under the carports.



Airport: Cairns Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property.



Public transport: The nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the property.

We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them.
