Hi Kim, had you called us upon your arrival we would have had the cleaners attend to the few minor cleaning issues you reported. You only reported these issues the day after when you decided to leave. We even offered you the opportunity then for them to go back for you. The same applies to the washing machine - which we had repaired that same day. The garage door was working manually (can open by hand) and had only just stopped working the morning of your arrival. A technician was arranged immediately. In regards to the stairs & beach access - it is advertised that there is an approximate walk down to the beach via stairs. The unit block is located up on a hill with ocean views and clearly not on road level. We have also given you a full refund excluding one nights accommodation so are very surprised you have left this review.
