何しろ静かで、まるで熱帯雨林の中にいるよう。それでいて、歩けばすぐに美しい海岸です、また戻りたい。

ゆったりとしたい人は是非。
期待を裏切らない広さのお部屋。 日本では絶対に味わえないラグジュアリー感。 パームコーブというエリアでゆっくりしたい方には本当におすすめです。 ただ、プールがやや小さい印象。 子供がいて、プールが大好きであれば、プールメインでホテルを選ばれても良いかもしれません。

豊かな自然に囲まれた最高のコンドミニアム
12月27日から家族6人で3ベッドルームに4泊しました。 お部屋はとても広く、窓がたくさんあり、窓の外には自然が広がっていて、鳥たちの声をききながら過ごす最高の休日になりました。キッチンも広く設備も充実していたので、レンタカーでスーパーに行き、買い出しをして、豪華な食事を楽しむことができました。ビーチにも近く、浜辺の散歩も楽しめ、敷地内のお庭も素敵でした。ケアンズの中心街は日本人がたくさんでしたが、パームコーブではほとんど日本人には会わず、海外に来ている実感が湧きました。スタッフの方も親切で、10代から70代まで全員大満足の旅でした。 室内ではWi-Fiが快適。タオル交換や掃除は有料ですが、洗濯機、乾燥機、簡単な掃除道具も完備されているので、サービスは頼まなくても困りませんでした。 またいつかぜひ訪れたいです。

高級リゾートの中でも特別なコンドミニアム
2015年8月に宿泊しました。サンクチュアリパームコーブは海の近くにありながら、木々に囲まれた静かなコンドミニアムでした。パームコーブは高級ホテルが立ち並ぶリゾートですが、このコンドミニアムはその中でも良心的な宿泊費で滞在できます。しかし、他の高級ホテルに比較しても、木立が立ち並び大きな蓮の池がある庭や、プールの清潔さなど、全く引けをとらないレベルだと思いました。他の宿泊客の方と出会ったときに話をしましたが、皆このコンドミニアムはとても素晴らしいとおっしゃっていました。ダイニングの戸を開けて解放していると、鳥が木に止まって実をついばんでいるのが見えますし、色々な鳥たちの鳴き声を聞くことができます。喧騒を離れてゆっくり過ごしたい方に非常にお勧めしたいと思います。

まさにサンクチュアリ
ちょっとお金額は高めでオーシャンビューではなかったのですが、森の中にいる気分にさせていただきました。鳥や蝶やけものがたくさんいて、最初夜は獣の声で眠れませんでしたがだんだん慣れてきました。部屋は設備も充実し、ゆったり過ごせました。プールも毎日楽しめ、最後には帰りたくない程快適な休日を過ごさせて頂きました。

豪邸で生活する気分を味わいたい方へ。
ビーチが近くて、のんびりできて、ちょっとリッチな気分を味わえるコンドミニアムをさがしていましたが、まさに理想のところでした。とても静かでほとんど人をみかけることもなく、南国の鳥達の鳴き声だけが聞こえてました。泊まっている方の年齢層も高く、オーストラリア国内のシニアが多いようでしたが、ほとんど人をみかけないほど、ゆったりとしています。 部屋もとにかくひろーい！もちろん食洗機も洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、快適でした。洗剤もいくつか常備されていました。調味料も今まで泊まった方が置いていったものがあったので、買わずに済みました。アメニティーは歯磨きがついてませんでした。チェックインしてから、足りないものを確認して買出しに行かれることをお勧めします。セキュリティーボックスはありませんが、パームコーブ自体が安全なのと、コンドミニアムのセキュリティーもちゃんとしているので、問題ありませんでした。（一応わかりにくいところに隠しましたが） 食器類も大量にあるので、シーフードや焼くだけのハンバーグ、サラダなどを買うだけで、豪華な食事を楽しめました。パームコーブにもコンビニ程度の規模の店はありますが、車がないとスーパーには行けません。コンドミニアムでもレンタカーあるみたいです。パームコーブから動かない方は、必要なときだけ車を借りるというのもありかも。あちこち見て回りたい方は前もって借りておいたほうがいいです。ちなみに私達はネットでレンタカーも予約して、ケアンズ市内から車で来ました。 難点を言えば、食器の洗い方があまかったり、掃除もいきとどいてなかったりとオーストラリアのおおらかなかんじです。私は使う分だけ洗って使いました。ちなみに、毎日の掃除・リネン交換はありません。頼めば有料でできるみたいです。1週間以上のステイだと一週間に１回あるようです。あと、ゴミも自分で駐車場のゴミ捨て場に分別して捨てます。 日本のホテルのような完璧な掃除・サービスを求める方には不向きですが、海外で豪邸で生活している気分を味わいたい方にはおすすめします。 ちなみに私はまた泊まりたいです！

ホテクラブへ：フロントが開いていない時間での予約であったが、
ホテクラブへ：フロントが開いていない時間での予約であったが、チェックイン方法の案内がなかったので、到着時に困った。チェックイン予定時間を知らせてあるのに不親切。 今回は２ＢＥＤ－ＲＯＯＭを予約しました。写真で見る限りでは、それほど期待はしていなかったが、部屋が期待以上に広くてゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。 次回Palm　coveに行く機会があれば、また宿泊したいと思います。

The family running the property made the stay so easy - they supported an early check in and late check out and were always on hand to answer any questions. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are well looked after. We will be back!

We stayed in a suite. It was large, private, clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The TV was huge - great for watching a movie in down time. The hot water was a little unreliable at times, but given the hot days whilst there it didn’t really bother us. Although it did not bother us, some couples may not appreciate the ‘open’ bathroom and the lack of personal privacy. The pool is large and well maintained. And the tropical gardens are beautiful and lush. Palm Cove is so walkable and offers many lovely dining options. We would happily stay at this property again should the opportunity arise in the future.

Beautiful grounds and lovely spacious apartment. Close to the beach and the shops. Undercover parking, lift access, security gates and really friendly management. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location with beautiful garden surrounds! The apartment was very spacious, clean and great for families! We loved the leafy view, whilst also being very close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was completely shaded, quite large and quiet for most of our stay.

The Best!
You know the type of place that you don't want to review because you are afraid that everyone will find out about your secret? Even so, I feel compelled to write this because they did such a great job. The property itself is tastefully constructed; about 20 units in 3 buildings (plenty of parking), nestled in the forest next to a lagoon with waterlilies and a charming wooden bridge. (A 2-minute walk to the very fine esplanade, which is a great place to hang out and get dinner your first night). My unit was on the 2nd floor, and I felt that I was living in a tree house, because all I could see (the living area is entirely windowed) was lush forest - palms, eucalyptus and ferns. (And could hear the delightful calls and chirping of birds). The property has a gorgeous, long, and rectangular pool (with attached spa and shallow wading areas) which I swam in every day. The apartment itself was huge, fully equipped (I cooked almost every meal) and comfortable. Finally, the property manager was gracious, kind, informative and generous with their time. They really improved my stay with great advice about the area. 10 out of 10 -- I didn't want to leave.

A great location, quiet and the managers are very helpful. A little tired in places in the apartment but nothing a coat of paint wouldn’t solve. The swimming pool was clean and a good size. The apartment is a great size with everything that you need. Construction up the road caused internet access to be non existent but to be honest we didn’t care

Amazing apartments in a magnificent location
First impressions were excellent. By the end of our stay our opinion had not changed. Large modern well equiped apartments and in a great location around three minutes walk from the beach. The apartments are set in lovely surroundings. There is a large swimming pool for the use of guests. If I was to come back to this area I would happily return to this resort.

We enjoyed the secluded feeling of the complex set in natural surroundings. The apartment was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool was also a generous size and private.
