This review is completely untrue, this guest was never abused in any manner, and in fact this guest was the one screaming and yelling at the resort staff. He was totally incoherent and was not willing to listen to the staff or calm down to resolve his complaint. We can confirm that the the guest did have clothes on when the cleaner entered his unit at 9.30am. As standard policy the cleaner knocked on the door and called out 3 times when there was no answer she proceeded to open the door (the privacy latch was not on and therefore not preventing access to this unit)and before fully stepping into the unit called out housekeeping 2 more times before the guest came out from the bedroom. As we had not seen the guest during his stay with us we were unaware of his check out time and we often have guest check out very early in the morning and leave the key in the apartment. The cleaner apologized multiple times but the guest was just screaming in her face. We would like to point out that we had multiple other guests come down to reception to check on the staff well being after hearing this guest yelling and screaming. At this point when staff realized that this guest was not going to calm down and was only getting more agitated we did say that we would call the police, as we were concerned for the guest welfare as well as ours and the other guests staying at the resort. Unfortunately Expedia will not remove this false review. Regards Management

Thank you for your review. The restaurant across the road had a 60th birthday function and finished well before the midnight curfew. The same restaurant has a musician that plays on Sunday afternoon from 3.00 pm until 6.00 pm which we find most guest enjoy. As these units are self contained we do supply a starter pack. The soap is for hand washing. We supply bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body moisturiser. The hot water is a continuous system which supplies 64 litres per minute. As Cairns has mountains on one side all planes fly along the coast to land. Regards, Naomi
