"My daughter and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Lochead Chalet. It's in a wonderful spot right on the loch side, and oh my it is so very peaceful! The chalet itself was a perfect size for we two adults and our little dogs and we found it very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Karlina in the Ellary estate office was lovely too. A beautiful location for a holiday and a charming place to stay - highly recommended. "

"This was part of a two stage trip and after a 6 hour drive we entered the pleasant good sized car park. The room we were given was very nice and a decent size. The meals were excellent and brought to us in good time, including a ver good breakfast. Best of all were the staff who were pleasant and efficient throughout. "

We loved how quiet and peaceful the farmhouse was - it reminded us of home (British Columbia). The continental breakfast was great, and so was all of the staff. "A great break, owners have had a great time making this a very special individual property.We were staying in the area be near our grandson and family who came to visit, the window seat was very popular with the 5year old (and the 89year old ) and helping with the locks a great hit.
