Located on Via Roma, one of Cagliari's main streets, the property, renovated in 2021, enjoys a wonderful view of the harbor and the sea. Located close to several public transportation stops and close to the stations, it is the perfect starting point for all the attractions of Cagliari, which can also be reached on foot.
Located in a strategic location, the Marina district in Cagliari is partly pedestrianized and partly with limited traffic, making it ideal for car free holidays. A few hundred meters away are both the train station and bus station, and just a short walk across Via Roma will take you to the bus stops that connect the center to Poetto beach and most of the other city districts. Public and paid parking is available on the promenade and in port areas, as well as at "Molo Ichnusa" near the Marina. Both the application "Flow" and parking meters are available for payment. Rates start at one euro per hour.
