"The property is not maintained well, there was fur and smell of pets inside the property even on the bed. The WiFi connection is not working though the owner tried to support. The kettle in the kitchen is disgusting, we feared to boil water in it for our toddler. Property is good and comfortable 5 to 6 people. Location is also good to access famous tourist destinations. "

"St Beuno house was the perfect spot for our family get together. The check in was easy and the welcome basket of local produce was delicious. The house had more than enough room for our whole group, with many different rooms for children and adults to gather. The pool room and bar were very popular. The large dining room allowed everyone to eat together. The children loved the large garden, the games and the BBQ were very welcome. We would highly recommend St Beuno House."

"Our stay was lovely, the cabin is so homely and doesnt feel like your in a cabin, its so cosy at night, decor is lovely. The owners we didnt meet but communication was good. "A very good stay which is going to be improved by the addition of a hot tub, unfortunately I think that we were the last guests not to benefit. Nice chatting with Gareth about the history of the place. The only things I would like to see are access to the available wifi and (please Gareth), a new bed or at least mattress."

"We stayed a week and the house was exactly as described - very clean and of a decent size. There is a full kitchen, even though some of the pots and pans are a bit old. I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value."

"Lovely property and perfect base to explore north Wales - amazing views of Snowdonia and fields around had hundreds of sheep in. Property was clean and had everything you need. Only negative (if we’re being very picky!) was the water pressure…took an age to run a bath and the electric shower above is not the strongest. The other bathroom with a mixer shower was fine. Overall, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future!"

"A nice, clean property in a lovely location. The main bedroom was lacking in facilities i.e no mirror or dressing table and very little storage. There was a small wardrobe but it had the hoover inside, a clothes horse and a dirty wet mop and bucket. The second bedroom only had bunk size beds so were only suitable for children. The one bed was so close to the wardrobe door it did not open properly. There were no shelves in the bathroom at all. We did not expect to have to pay for electricity,...
