Villa au Calme en Provence

We are renting out our family home (180 m² on one level), which is very comfortable and located in a very quiet area near the hill, yet close to everything!

** About the outdoor area **

It features a large garden (4,000 m²). You’ll find playground equipment for children: a play structure with swings, a trapeze, and rings; a playhouse; a trampoline (damaged but functional); and soccer goals. Ample parking for 4 or 5 cars.
Four hens (which need to be fed and put in their coop at night) are in their pen and lay fresh eggs every day.

** About the Interior **

. Large living area with dining room and sitting area
. 4 bedrooms (1 large master suite and 3 bedrooms with single beds, 1 of which is a loft bed). Option to add 2 armchairs or floor mattresses in the bedrooms (for a maximum of 7 people).
. A fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, induction cooktop, etc.)
. 1 shower room (in the master suite) and 1 bathroom
. 2 toilets
. 1 laundry room with washer and dryer (clothesline in the garden as well)
. 1 shaded patio for dining outdoors.

* families: we provide a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games: skateboards, balls, rackets, soccer goals, a mini multi-game table (ping pong, pool, etc.), Molkky skittles, board games, and more…

Less than a 10-minute drive away, you’ll find: a golf course, a mini-golf course, 2 horseback riding centers, 2 tennis clubs, a tree-top adventure course, a climbing gym, 1 skydiving center, 1 skate park, several playgrounds for children, and the large Plan de Campagne area (movie theater, bowling alley, shopping malls, etc.)

* For tourists: beaches and beautiful walking trails are nearby, along with museums and a rich cultural life.

* Foodies: numerous high-quality shops within 3 km: butcher, fishmonger, organic supermarket, produce market, delicatessen, Picard, and all the essentials (flower shops, hair salons, bakeries, pastry shops, newsstands, pharmacy, medical center… In short, absolutely everything!)

Ideal location for exploring Provence: 5 km from the Aix-en-Provence TGV station, 15 km from downtown Aix, 17 km from Marignane Airport, 25 km from the beaches of the Côte Bleue, and 25 km from Marseille.
