「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

The double shower heads and the outside view had me taking multiple showers a day. Additionally the view from our partial ocean view room was beautiful. I would definitely return to this property.」

「I stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great. 「On voulait un hébergement près de la plage dans le coin de Tamarindo, on est content d'avoir résidé au El Manglar plutôt que dans la ville de Tamarindo. La plage est à 5 minutes et l'espace piscine est super bien aménagé pour se reposer. On a utilisé l'espace cuisine pour nos déjeuners et des repas simples. On a eu quelques difficultés d'accès au Wifi à partir des chambres, mais pour nous c'était un avantage car ça forçait nos ados à descendre dans l'espace commun. 」
