Welcome to Casa Regina!

Casa Regina is located in the exclusive community Cabo Bello Development. There is a direct path down to the beach located in front of Cabo Bello. It is a short walk to this gorgeous private beach! As you approach Casa Regina, you will not be disappointed! This gorgeous 4 bedroom private house is the perfect location for your Cabo vacation. You will have access to 3 parking spaces. As you walk up to the house you will see a private pool and jacuzzi available in the front of the house. The house provides everything you need with a gourmet kitchen for those nights that you want to cook or if you decide to hire a chef for the night! There is ample space with a comfortable couch for those nights that the family wants to watch something on TV. You will find 1 King bedroom downstairs with full size guest bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs- 1 King bed in master bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom, 1 King bed in guest bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom, 1 Queen bed with twin bed in guest bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom.

The house provides additional amenities on the rooftop with a fire pit and surrounding seating. The view from the rooftop is amazing!

Casa Regina is only a quick 5 minute drive to Walmart or Costco and about 8 minutes to downtown San Lucas where the marina, mall, shopping, restaurants, and Medano Beach are located!

This is the best place to stay in Los Cabos! We welcome you to Casa Regina!

Casa Regina in Cabo Bello
We had a wonderful experience in Cabo San Lucas over Spring break and our stay at Casa Regina in Cabo Bello made it all the more perfect! Great location in a beautiful setting with a short walk down to an amazing beach. The home had all the basic amenities and everything worked perfectly. The property manager was always available to help out with any issues or plan activities that we were interested in doing. She made our stay that much easier! I can't say enough good things about about our stay at Casa Regina. I would definitely love to return some day!

The property is nice and well located in Cabo Bello. The roof top is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are some relativey minor maintenance items that I trust the owners and property managers will address. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had three a total of 7 in our party (3 couples and an adult child). House was set up perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our favorite way to start our day was having coffee on the rooftop and spotting whales in the distance. Check in and check out was easy and any all questions were answered in a timely response. Massages on last day at house- amazing! Highly recommend. Home is located in great location- easy to get to grocery store, walk to beach, and of course a quick 15 minute cab/or Uber to Cabo! Beautiful decor, comfy beds, great pool, and amazing rooftop views! Perfect vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Can't wait to return to Cabo!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The welcome package was well worth it and delicious. The property manager Kristen was amazing at setting up all great activities and quick with responses Overall an amazing stay !!!!!

Family Vacation with Siblings
Kristen, my contact was informative and extremely helpful in arranging our excursions. The villa was really nice, clean and spacious. We like that the villa had a purified water system and refrigerator has an ice maker for cold drinks. The villa was maintained by Fredrico and had it was short distance to downtown Cabo (about 10 mins taxi ride). It also had a beautiful rooftop patio for viewing sunrises and sunsets. Everything you see and in the reviews is true
Three couples (8 people) had more than enough room. Deck on roof was spectacular. Pool was serviced twice during our stay and was heated. Used it a lot. I gave the low ratings because directions to the rental were poor. The manager wanted us to use her transportation (expensive). One daughter did. We explained that we were renting two cars for the rest of us. We asked for specific address but only got a street name with no number. Google map or any excursion couldn't find it without a street number. A neighbor finally gave us a number that worked. The exit off the freeway is very tricky but after you get the hang of it it is fine. Once we got there we had a fantastic time. We lost hot water one day and it was repaired in hours. I want to go back.

Beautiful Home!!
First of all Federico was amazing! He met us at the house early so that we could drop off our luggage and had everything ready for us. The home is beautiful and it was perfect for our family and friends. One thing we were not planning to do was renting a car. However, even though the house is located in a perfect neighborhood…walking in the neighborhood is exhausting. A rental car was the perfect fix. We also loved that we had access to the private beach. We will definitely be back and will recommend this home to our friends and family.

Fun Vaacation
Loved this home. The good points totaling outweigh the bad points. Great location in a very safe area, nice to have the pool, the private bathroom in three of the bedrooms were convenient, loved the upper deck, and very clean. Only down side was very loud pool equipment and poor water pressure in one shower. But we agree that we will return to this home in the near future!

Almost perfect
Excellent location, beautiful property. Perfectly suited for our family. The pool was the perfect size and heated very quickly. The home has a filtration system but it didn’t work for most of the stay. We ended up boiling water and purchasing what we needed. One of the bathrooms had a water pressure issue but we dealt with it. Communication prior to the trip was slower than we expected from VRBO but everything worked out perfectly. Victor was amazing on check in. The roof top was a great way to end our busy days. Thank you Casa Regina, we’ll be back!

Excellent Experience
Wonderful, clean property in gated community. We felt very safe. The location was great. We did have a car. There is not any stores/restaurants within walking distance but all were within a short drive. There is a small beach which is about a 10 minute walk from the house. Whales could be seen from the beach. The listing and pictures were accurate except the bed on the ground floor is not a king, it was either a full or queen. Loved the rooftop and pool area. We could see whales from the rooftop and the sunset view from there was amazing. Having 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms really worked well for our group of 8. The house had everything you could need including laundry soaps, shampoos, salt/pepper, paper towels. Very well stocked. Check-in was easy. We communicated with Victor who met us there to go over all that we needed to know. He was very helpful. He was easily reachable if we had a problem. And we did, with the water, but Victor responded immediately and had it repaired in a timely manner. The management company sent a lot of information about excursion and transportation opportunities. We wish we had received them earlier than 5 days ahead because we had already made our own arrangements. However, we did use their transportation to the airport and it was seamless. Kristen booked it for us and the driver was great. He picked us up on time, he drove safely and was courteous. The only downfall to the week is the construction on the house across the street. Lots of loud noise, jack hammering, all day long, but we know the owner has absolutely no control over. The lovely waterfall into the pool distracted some of the noise. It was a wonderful week.

Great house
Victor was very helpful and attentive. The property is well maintained, supplied and updated. The pool is great, easy to heat and heats up quickly. The rooftop patio has great views of the ocean, arches, and Cabo. Walk to the beach is not too bad takes about 7-10 minutes.

From reserving thru VRBO, to check-in and check-out, the whole process was a breeze. The house was exactly as described. Every bedroom and bathroom was furnished for our comfort. Victor was attentive to our every need. Entrance into Cabo Bello Development was secure and we felt very safe.

Birthday of a lifetime!
A group of 8 people met in Cabo at Casa Regina to celebrate my wife’s 60th Birthday. We had a blast. Victor is great. He came to the house at check in to show us how everything worked and assisted with the welcome party that I had set up. The house was accommodating. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to entertain. With the rooftop view , we’re able to see beautiful ocean views and added some privacy for couples. Book with CPM with confidence. One more thing, the gated community is a nice perk. We felt safe the entire visit.

Great location needs a bit of attention terrific place
Overall this could have easily been a 5 star stay but had two big issues there was a red ant infestation in the kitchen all along the stove and the counters before we even left food out at all the were there also in the bedrooms behind the bed and the would come out and bite you at night they were not bed bugs small red ants once we sprayed the issue was gone, secondly the pool heater and spa didn’t work so we reported it and we’re able to enjoy it the 2nd half of the trip, if it weren’t for those 2 things it’s a 5star gorgeous property very confortable beds

Amazing home and perfect location for all the fun!
The home was exactly what we were looking for and then some! Our family was looking for a fabulous vacation rental where we could cook meals and swim when we weren't sightseeing or snorkeling or fishing in Cabo, and boy was it! We couldn't have found a more relaxing, accommodating place if we had built it ourselves. The property manager, Victor, was very helpful, showing us where all the amenities were and how to turn on and off the waterfall, the outside grill and rooftop firepit, etc. Our only regret was we couldn't stay another week! Thank you for a memorable family vacation!

Incredible house! Great Host!
Casa Regina was perfect for our family getaway to Cabo. Located in a private neighborhood we felt very safe and the perfect mix of near downtown Cabo while being able to take a break from it when we wanted. We’ll appointed house with some of the best rooftop views in the neighborhood. Victor the host was amazing - great communication and he came by multiple times to help us get the patio furniture setup after a hurricane blew through. The neighborhood beach is gorgeous but a little bit of a walk especially with small children. The pool was perfect - I think we used it every day. Overall I would absolutely recommend staying here - you’ll have a great time and be well taken care of!

Great Location!

Kristen and Victor are an amazing hosts!!! Victor was beyond helpful during our stay!! Kristen was very responsive and amazing during the Pre arrival! Lost at sea
Fishing on 7/18/22 aboard the Protocol we sank 20 miles off the Cabo coast battling a 500 lb Marlin. We spent 14 hrs in a raft. never forget this one !
