Beautiful cozy modern new condo fully equipped to enjoy a great vacation, 7 minute walking distance to medano beach, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, futon for extra guest, tvs and ac in all rooms, Roku tv, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

On the top floor of the complez there is a big shared pool with panoramic views of Los Cabos, also a couple of ping pong, and some lounge chairs to enjoy your quiet time!

1/2 mile from Walmart & 1 mile to Cabo downtown.

This brand new apartment complex has 24/7 security and a private parking lot.
The amenities and location are the reason to choose this condo!

Two complete bathrooms (one ensuite) with all your basic necessities, such as bath towels, toiletries, blowdryer, shampoo and bodywash. Beach towels are provided as well.

Also on top floor there is a big terraza and pool with panoramic views overlooking Los Cabos to enjoy a cocktail and the evening sunset.
