We enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious and provided a lot of room for our family of 3 adults and one teen. The pool was an extra bonus - perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploration. This area of Puerto Rico is beautiful and there is so much to see!

Nice but needs some TLC

The house is pretty, but many of the appliances need to be repaired (an AC unit, the dishwasher, one stove burner, very limited hot water). With a few repairs and more detailed cleaning the house would be amazing. The host was great and the check in/check out process was easy. Be aware thar the neighbors dogs come out at 5:30 AM daily and bark for hours. I know the host cant fix this but if your not an early riser then you will be quite annoyed. The location was awesome for tons of great resturaunts.

Not what we expected for the price.

We stayed at this property from January 3rd to January 9th. While the location was great and the neighborhood safe, we had a couple major issues that affected our stay.1.Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the house was not clean. There was dirt on the floors, stains on bedding, towels, calcification and water stains in the bathrooms, and signs that the laundry had been well worn. 2.Water Issues: None of the three bathrooms had warm water or adequate water pressure. Despite contacting the owner, the ultimate suggestion was to use the outdoor shower. With 11 people in our group, this was a significant inconvenience. Prior reviews indicate this issue has been ongoing. We were told the neighborhood had water issues but I spoke to neighbor who denied any at their home. 3.Power Outage: While power outages can happen, this house does not have a generator, which left us without power for several hours. This I understand was beyond control. As well as the neighbors barking dog and roosters crowing every morning at 5:30am. The exterior of the house is deceivingly well-kept, but the interior does not match. There’s also limited cookware, so plan accordingly if you intend to cook. The owner was responsive but unable to resolve the water issue during our stay and after all the various communication I didn’t address the cleaning issue at that point the water was paramount for us. Unfortunately, due to the water and cleanliness issues, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful quiet space next to beautiful beaches

Me and my family enjoyed the place it was as shown in the images, close to Boqueron, La Parguera, playa Buye and Combate. Would definitely stay there again.

Host was available when we had questions and the house was nice and in a good neighborhood but there were things that needed attention.For starters, the white couch was broken and we did not use it , Half of the beach chairs in the garage were broken so we opted not to use them, the small cooler in the garage was also not useable and while we were there.. the lounge chairs by the pool were old and cracked and my mother in law was sitting on one of them and it completely broke causing her to fall onto the patio. I messaged the owner about it and told them to check the cameras to prove we did not intentionally break it and the response was that they’re going to file a claim to the insurance I purchased. It’s a nice place but I think the house needs some attention for future renters .
