Cabbage Key

Beautiful beach and nice pool area. When we arrived we were given our keys and location of our room and that was it. Called front desk to rent umbrella and chairs on the beach and was told they were full. Asked for later in the week and was told she would check availability with the crew and have them call me. We never received a call but was charged $40 at check out for umbrella and chairs that we didn’t know we rented and didn’t use. I haven’t been emailed our final check out receipt yet so I don’t know if charge was removed or not. Not good customer service. Probably will no be returning.
