Hi Isabelle and I appreciate your view on the kitchen. We took over ownership of the property a week before xmas and naturally at that time, we weren't able to purchase the fridges required. Based on feedback from our guests over this period we have purchased and this week we will receive, 2 x 2 large glass door commercial fridges solely for the guest kitchen operation. This will absolutely alleviate any storage and volume concerns encountered so a positive step in the right direction. We also have 2 x Public Area cleaners on daily and clean and inspect the kitchen a minimum of 5 times daily. I hope you can return at some stage to see the change. Luke Harley - General Manager

Hi Phoebe and we absolutely respect your view and feedback on your stay with us. There is no dancing around the fact we had a room near your that caused yourself and some other guests inconvenience on this night. We do all we can to minimise these occurences, including 24hr reception and floor presence. On this occasion I can confirm for you that while we can't take back what occured, we did ask these guests to vacate the premises the following morning to ensure it was not repeated and to display to our guests we treat these occurences genuinely and seriously to prevent recurrence. We will not tolerate this level of noise or disturbance for the many others who do the right thing, assuring you of a professional and necessary actions to the minor volumes that don't respect others. I trust you will give us another chance should you be able to return so we can recreate your impression of our product with guest experience. Luke Harley - General Manager
