Located in the oldest and traditional condominium of São Pedro da Aldeia, closed with concierge 24hrs. Three sports courts and two playgrounds. Located on the bank of Araruama lagoon. Complete infrastructure within the condominium (bakery, grocery store, restaurant, Pizzeria.)

Halfway to Cabo frio, Buzios and Arraial do Cabo.

Newly renovated house with two bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a bathroom. Pool, barbecue and grassy area. Living room with sofa bed. Sleeps 8 people on physical beds and four more on mattresses if deemed necessary.

Full kitchen with microwave, fridge, cooker and portable electro.
