Rent for the season in the loft of Prainha in Arraial do Cabo, modern apartment building faces the beach (Just across the street and is on the beach). Apartment for 5 people. It has split air, queen bed over, under standard size bed and 1 sofa bed (3 positions) for fifth person. Cupboard with 4 doors, American kitchen complete with microwave, gas 2 burners, blender, utensils in general. Building has community with pool, sauna, garage in order of arrival to stocking, wireless internet, CAUTION (It should be noted: commonly used rule, maintenance and possible restrictions of the shares of responsibility and autonomy of the condominium on the day of use) common area with big screen and pleasant, The unit is facing the entrance plaza concierge 1st floor. (As a residential building, has no room service). (Avoid frying and heavy cooking), (Take bed and bath accessories and cleaning in general).

Loft conforme descrito, praticamente na praia, que é linda por sinal. Ficamos praticamente 5 dias com uma criança de 1 ano e um menino de 4, não tivemos nenhum problema. Nada a reclamar. Sobre o local, não há opções de alimentação fora da praia ( preço de turista mesmo ) , porém fica bem perto do centro de Arraial, onde há opções de alimentação. Nada que atrapalhe. E há a opção de Cabo Frio, 20 min de carro e tá tudo certo TB. No geral, lugar maravilhoso.

Apartamento de frente para o mar, limpo com utensílios de cozinha básicos. Praia muito linda e condomínio seguro. Ponto negativo eh a vida noturna de arraial, para quem gosta de agitação tem q ir a Cabo Frio ou a Búzios.

Amamos nossa estadia no loft. Tudo limpinho e novinho. Tem tudo que vc precisar de utensílios na cozinha. Dona Lucilene muito atenciosa e as pessoas da recepção também. Sem contar que tem uma vista linda para prainha . Tudo perfeito! Queremos voltar com certeza. A única coisa que não pega direito dentro do quarto é a internet, temos que ir na recepção que é onde pega melhor. De resto tudo maravilhoso!

As acomodações do apartamento boas, Atendimento bom, seria muito melhor se tivesse pelo menos café da manhã no local. A localização do loft e boa porém depois das 18h fica deserto não encontra nada aberto próximo tendo que ir para outra praia para comer e se divertir com as crianças.

Fuimos ben recibidos, boa atençāo, o apartamento ficha no terreno, a Yanela tema vista à tus (tem feria de roupas permanentemente), limpio e confortable, faltaban aparelhos de cozinha (jugueira, cafetería, Frigideira)) que pedi e rápidamente me foi enviado, logo uns días antes de ir embora quebrou o control do ar, o restó todo óptimo.

O Loft fica muito bem localizado. Nem tirei o carro da garagem. Muito bem equipado, móveis ótimos, colchões bons, tv funcionando vários canais. Pena a internet ser tão ruim dentro do quarto, tínhamos que ficar na recepção ou encostados na porta do quarto pra ter sinal. Sugestão p/ os donos: colocar um repetidor de sinal wi-fi dentro do loft. No mais foi maravilhoso e esperamos voltar mais vezes.

Pasamos 13 días hermosos en Arraial!! Las playas son únicas! valió la pena el viaje largo para nosotros que fuimos desde Córdoba, Argentina. El loft igual que en las fotos todo en perfectas condiciones, muy buena calidad y a un paso de la playa. Los dueños muy atentos. No duden en ir es un sueño el mar. Ya quiero volver!! Florencia

Excelente imóvel

Excelente imóvel. Tudo exatamente como na foto, muito limpo e organizado. O único incômodo foi o volume da TV da recepção, elevadíssimo até 01:00h da manhã e as conversas dos hóspedes no hall de entrada que se estendiam pela madrugada. De resto tudo muito bom.
