This flat has been completely renovated. Functional, it has all the necessary comfort to satisfy you. Ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or for professionals passing through this beautiful village, in the heart of the wine route.

Living room:
The living room has a sofa bed (190 x 130 cm), a connected flat screen TV and one coffee table. The dining table, with four chairs, can also be used as an office area. For the more music-loving travellers, a Bluetooth speaker is available. There is plenty of storage space available (chest of drawers + walk-in closet in the entryway). Books and board games are available in the TV cabinet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave grill, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle (tea and coffee available), cereal dispenser (cereals available), fridge.

We also provide you with the essentials for your arrival (salt, pepper, a few spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar) and leave it up to you to replenish these items as needed during your stay.

Bathroom :
The bathroom is composed of a large shower, a vanity unit with mirror, a towel warmer. A 5kg porthole washing machine and washing powder are at your disposal. You will also find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.

Separate toilet (a roll of toilet paper is available).

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a duved and a walk-in closet.

An ironing board, an iron and a Tancarville are at your disposal. For families with young children, a folding bed is also available.

Cellar:
On request when booking, bicycles can be parked in the cellar (secure room). Access is via a key box.

Access : You will have access to the entire property. Please note that access to the property is via an old staircase, which is quite steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, the staircase has a handrail to ensure safe access.

Neighborhood :
Local shops and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
You can park in the free car park of the town hall, less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation, or in the free car park of the village hall, 3 minutes walk away.
A bicycle rack is available at the town hall.
A bike rack is available in the town hall car park. We have also installed a bike rack in the cellar (secure room, access via a key box).
Charging points for electric cars are available in the car park of the Super U supermarket and the Buxy cooperative cellar.
