「1 out of 10 for communication before we got there and much difficulty firstly as staff were not aware that we could make up phone numbers for each person. Very poor communication as i made 8 unanswered phone calls in the days before we got there and we were told there would be someone at the property to let us in--no show. Had to seek out office and person in office gave us the wrong code for the key safe--we were locked out for 40 minutes till sorted. Very frustrating!」

「This is the perfect property for a large group. We had 14 adults and 9 kids 7 and under and we fit comfortably. The glass back wall provided an amazing view out over the pool, lawns, playground and volleyball court so you always had a good idea where everyone was. The kids ran themselves ragged. 「It is not often that a holiday rental surpasses the online photos, but this one does. The size, location and amenities are all top class. Our family of 15 spent 8 nights there and all ages thoroughly loved it. The kitchen is just wonderful, with heaps of room and bench space to enable multiple people to work in it at the same time. The view is ever changing and very relaxing. Plenty of room in the front yard for games of cricket and football. 」

「A perfect stay for our family! Comfortable house and facilities. The yard and back deck was great for our dogs. Enough room for us to bring the boat and paddle boards. A very short walk to the beach but longer walkways to various lookouts. We saw whales from the submarine lookout, explored the rock pools, swam at the patrolled beach and went paddling in the more protected area. Great spot!」

「Amazing property at a great location. Host was very accommodating and communication was great. Just unfortunate for us with construction next door and noise from 6.30am until late each day due to decking being installed, but host was happy to provide us with options when we brought this to their attention.
