After we drove for 6 hours to stay here, arriving at 3:45pm, the lady that sits at the front desk informed us that our room was not ready. I asked her how long, and she told me check in wasn’t until 5pm, and I informed her that our booking, and I showed the confirmation to her, stated check-in was 4pm. She argued and said it has always been 5pm, and I told her that’s not what my booking showed. She told me she would have it ready in 10-15 minute max. I went back in. Still not ready. 45 minutes later, I went back in and asked if I could just be refunded. A short older and rude man stepped in and said no I couldn’t have my money back, but we were welcome to leave, but there would be no refund. I told him they were past my arrival time, and he said give me a break, I’m doing the best that we can, and walked away not allowing me to reply. Upon initial arrival I told them that I had a registered service dog, and they told me dogs were not allowed. I told them once again he was a registered service dog at which I was grilled by the man as to what service he provided specifically. After going back and forth, I was told I would have to pay damages that he did. I asked him if he wanted to see his registered verdicts and he walked off.
The room- was very clean, but the beds were hard, lumpy and made a noise everytime you so much as moved. The tv in the bedroom doesn’t work, as there is no hookup. After looking for a hookup, there was a dead roach behind the tv. The deadbolt was broken
