普通のホテル
ホテルが古いせいなのか部屋の中が清潔とは思えませんでした。ホテルの前にはスタバなどのレストランがあるますがあまり活気があるとは思えません。ゲートを出ると庶民が食べるフードコートがあり、そこは安く美味しく食べる事が出来ました。

Overall is a place to rest then is ok, if going on family trip then will have some issues. Hotel does not provide fridge and aircon is old type.

Towels provided were very old & looks very dirty. I don’t feel like using it for drying my body after shower. Highly recommend bringing your own towels. Saw cockroach in our room during the night. Only great locations for dining and drinking.

The room has certain smell. Bedsheet and cover were old, we have to ask to change them. Ants were crawling around the room. Location is good as it’s surrounded by restaurants and cafes

Room lacks hairdryer, fridge and split unit Airconditioning rather old or under capacity. Front desks staffs were good and worth mentioning is the entrance staff (senior) very helpful and polite.

The room I stayed was spacious and in great condition. It is quite far from Pineng island but the hotel itself is in a great and happening location (Aroma city). I would choose this hotel if visiting Butterworth again

There are many happening in the area which is a good spot! Yet I would ask the hotel management to look into the air-con, it not cooling enough even it is set to the lowest and celiling fan running. The bathroom smelly and the towel too! Maybe not enought vandalism... is the issue?
