Booked the room even though it said no refunds if I changed my mind. After doing so I get an email saying that you have to pay to park. Had I known that I would have stayed at a place with free parking. Staff was rude and unresponsive but the hotel itself was clean and very nice.

I was disappointed as I also viewed Westin as a top brand. Our hotel room had no cold water, yes cold water. We had to shower in much hotter water than I am used to. When maintenance finally arrived after the second time asking, the maintenance person said it is the mixing values that are broken and he cannot fix them. They did not offer us another room which I found disappointing. The bed skirt on my bed was stained and needs to be replaced. I will say, they had a person that was greeting people that was absolutely amazing. His cheerie attitude was infectious and he made my morning.
