Very beautiful villa with a great garden

We spent two very relaxing weeks in this beautiful, very tastefully decorated house. Ideal also for our dog as it is completely enclosed. Plenty of space in the house and in the garden. Very nice contact with the owner.

Adembenemde toscaanse villa

Villa Piero is een droomplek in Toscane: een prachtige villa op de heuvel met adembenemend uitzicht. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, van heerlijke bedden tot een luxe badkamer met uitzicht vanuit het bad. Genieten onder de pergola of bij het zwembad is puur geluk. De kinderen hebben genoten en onze hondjes van de omheinde tuin. Mooie plaatsen zijn bereikbaar binnen 30–60 min en in het dorp zijn goede restaurantjes. Het ontbreekt je aan niets, de eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam.

Sehr schönes Haus in der Toskana

Super Haus, ruhig gelegen, mit tollem Garten, schönem Pool und einer super Aussicht in die Toskana Ebene. Sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Alles super sauber, schönes großes Bad, Klimaanlage für die Schlafzimmer und Mückengitter vor den Fenstern. Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Haus mit einigen Schwächen

Obwohl das Haus schön im Wald liegt ist der Verkehrslärm einer naheliegendenStraße nicht zu überhören. Wasser im Haus hat keine Trinkwasserqualität( keinerlei Hinweis in Ihrer Beschreibung !!). Störung der Privatsphäre jeden 2. Tag gegen 21 Uhr durch Hausangestellte (Poolreinigung etc...), die sich immer ohne (!) Ankündigung Zugang verschaffte und während Ihrer Tätigkeiten auch immer lautstark telefonierte.

Fijn huis met gunstige ligging

Villa Piero is een fijn en goed uitgerust huis met een gunstige ligging om uitstapjes te maken naar de steden zoals Lucca, Pisa, Florence en Siena. De stranden zijn ook binnen 3 kwartier bereikbaar. Binnen een straal van 10 kilometer zijn er voldoende supermarkten. Het huis heeft een grote omheinde tuin met verschillende zitplekken waar onze honden zich ook prima vermaakt hebben. De eigenaren zijn ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Paasvakantie

Mooie woning en tuin. Onaangename geur van afvoer in de badkamer. We werden ontvangen door een vrouw die voornamelijk Italiaans sprak. Andere talen waren veel te beperkt waardoor uitleg over het huis moeilijk was. Er was ook geen ontvangstbrochure in meerdere talen aanwezig die dit kon opvangen. Er was ook onduidelijkheid over het bijbetalen van de verwarming, wat niet in het contract was opgenomen. We raden het huis aan en hadden een goede vakantie. Enkel jammer dat communicatie stroef verliep.

Tolles Haus, gute zentrale Lage

Wir haben lange gesucht und machen es uns nicht einfach bei der Suche (nahezu alleinstehend, eigenes Pool, Hund erlaubt, 2 Bäder,...), aber mit der Villa Piero / Belvedere haben wir das passende gefunden! Alles da was man braucht, für heiße Tage gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage, der Gastgeber und sein Team haben uns sehr gut umsorgt und auch sehr gute Tipps für Restaurant, Ausflüge oder wo man ausgezeichnetes lokales Olivenöl kaufen kann, gegeben! Danke & sehr gerne wieder!

Maison grande et bien placée

Maison grande et bien placée pour visiter la Toscane . Excellents restaurant à Buti. Accessible en voiture. Malheureusement, il faisait très chaud et la climatisation n’est que à l’étage , nous étouffions en bas. La piscine est en taule et se déforme. Elle n’est pas assez profonde et la filtration fonctionne mal.

Nach 2 Jahren wieder Villa Piero...

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon dort und da es uns so gut gefiel, sind wir Wiederholungstäter geworden. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit einem schönen Grundstück. Unser Hund war auch mit, da Haustiere willkommen sind und das Gelände rundherum geschlossen ist. Wir wurden diesmal von einer jungen Dame empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte. Fast täglich wurde der Pool gereinigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei Fragen ist er auch immer erreichbar. Wir können das tolle Haus empfehlen...

Italien-Flair mit viel Platz

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt ruhig außerhalb des Ortes Buti und bietet eine herrlichen Blick ins Land. Wir waren begeistert! Im großen, gepflegten Garten finden sich verschiedene Sitzplätze und im Sommer ein Pool. Jede(r) findet da ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir haben auf Nachfrage gute Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bekommen. Etwas herausfordernd ist die Zufahrt zum Haus (Schotterweg).

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, dessen Lage perfekt für viele Unternehmungen ist (Lucca, Pisa, das Meer, San Gimignano, Volterra, die Berge etc.) Wir wurden dort von Martina und auch dem Hausbesitzer Stefano äußerst nett begrüßt und betreut. Sie waren direkt ansprechbar für all unsere Fragen und haben uns auch nützliche Tipps gegeben. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet mit seinen vielen Terrassen und dem Pool, der sehr gut sauber gehalten wurde. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Martina, Stephano und ihrem Team. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße Björg und Lukas

Traumhaft schöne Villa

Das wunderschöne Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich darin sehr wohlfühlen. Ringsherum das Grundstück ist riesengroß; man findet überall Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt und gepflegt. Auch am Pool lässt es sich gut aushalten. Der Vermieter kommt diskret früh morgens und reinigt ihn. Ausflugsziele wie Lucca und Pisa sind in einer halben Stunde, Florenz und das Meer in einer knappen Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können die Villa Piero sehr empfehlen!
