With a couple of small touches, it would have been excellent. For example, it sleeps four, but there is only a two person table and chairs outside which was a struggle to eat from. "This hotel sits in a beautiful location! I could see old town from my terrace! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The pool area is spacious and lovely! And the breakfast buffet was so delicious with a huge selection! This hotel is a perfect spot for walking to local restaurants and it’s only about a 30 minute walk into old town."

"Great value for the price. The views are stunning, especially at night from multiple terraces. Less than a 10 minute drive to central Piazza Armerina, and there is a supermarket about within walking distance (or a very short drive). This B and B is very welcoming with no codes to enter, time restrictions, or other typical hassles - it was as if we had this large home to ourselves even though there were other guests (who were lodged in different parts of the large home). The host, Luciano, and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, that included interesting cheeses, meats, eggs, cornetti, and coffees, was excellent. The air conditioning and showers functioned well. We could store our wine and other drinks in the common refrigerator with easy access. I highly recommend this place."
