We really enjoyed our stay. His directions to the property and procedure to unlock the front door was very easy to understand. We had a problem with the YouTubeTV. The account was logged off when we arrived and Ryan was quick to help fix the situation. He checked in every few days in the VRBO app to make sure everything was going well. We would stay here again.

We have stayed in the Pocono’s for the last 3 years. This was by far our best Pocono vacation. Ryan was great he was very attentive and answered any questions quickly. The house was exactly as described. The pools were not very crowded. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing.

A wonderful stay. The location is perfect and so peaceful. The house is well taken care of and great for relaxing and spending time together. Close to fun activities and everything went so smooth. Great communication. Would love to stay here again.

Second year staying here, and another wonderful time was had by all! We really love sitting by the water and enjoying the sounds of nature. And the game room is a big hit. Plenty of space for our group of seven; everything was clean and accessible. Thanks again!

The house was exactly like the listing and enjoyable. We had enough room to spread out as well as have family time. The house and community is perfect for families. We had fires around the fire pit, caught frogs in the River, game nights around two tables (one inside and one out), movie night in the basement ‘theatre’ (which was so comfortable), and swam in several of the pools which were not crowded at all and people all friendly. Ryan was very responsive and kind. All the way around it was a great getaway for a family.

Great Place to Get Away

Had a great time at the property with my family. The place is very well kept and everything about it was perfect. Had more than enough things to do indoors for the short period of time it rained. Ryan was very responsive with any and all questions and also made sure that we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here again in the future.

Excellent property with all the right amenities

The house was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. There are so many incredible amenities in the home (and the yard) as well as within the community that you don't even have to leave, but there are also great things to do close by. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and helpful with even minor questions that we had. Would highly recommend staying in this incredible property!

Nice place for a holiday getaway

Comfortable and clean house with plenty of things to keep you entertained (game room, sauna, firepit, fireplace, whirlpool in master bath, etc). We did a short 3-day stay for Xmas with 5 adults and our dog and we did not leave the property once during our stay. Communications with the property owner and property manager were top notch. Our small group of adults mostly hung out as a group in the same room (upstairs living room with a fireplace, comfortable couches and good TV), but the downstairs game room (with a nice big couch and TV in addition to the games and sauna) would be ideal for groups that might want to split into two groups some of the time. Dining room table was nice and big. We spent some time at the firepit and thoroughly enjoyed it (adjacent to the fast-moving stream that provided great “babbling” water background noise). Screened in porch (with overhead heater) was a nice addition, even in spite of the cold weather. The only negatives (and these were both minor)….(1) the kitchen was on the small side with limited counter space and lacked a dish drainer for things cleaned by hand and (2) the mattress in the master bedroom had a deep “body divot” on the side where I slept, but the bed was still comfortable. Overall….very nice place that we would rent again.

Thanksgiving in the Poconos

3 generations, 3 families, from 3 states met up at this cozy home for Thanksgiving. We brought a turkey pan & some aluminum containers for cooking the big things but the kitchen was very well stocked for everything else. There were even some child proof locks available for the kitchen cabinets which came in handy with 2 toddlers.Grandmom & Papa P had the master bedroom on the main floor. Our kids & grandkid’s had the upstairs. There is also a half bath on the main floor which was awesome. We spent most of our time on this level even though there is great basement with games & an additional tv room. The wood burning fireplace in the living room was a bonus & came in handy. We did not get to enjoy the outside area due to the weather. Raining one day and below freezing all week. The fire pit area by the river looks amazing. There is a screen room off the dining room with a heat lamp. If the temps were in the 50-60’s that would have been a cool place to hang out. We did use this porch as an extra fridge for our drinks & coolers:)And there is a community center with a gym, a must for the men in this family. That was perfect. Our older grandkids, 5 & 8 really enjoyed the indoor pool.It was a great holiday spent with family. Lots of fun, food & great memories created. I definitely recommend this home for family fun. Great place & location.

Nice Vacation Home

This house has it all. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful game room..a bit cold but blankets provided. Wonderful outdoor fire pit area. Comfortable furnishings, nice fireplace in living room. Our family of 7 was very comfortable celebrating Thanksgiving in this home in the Poconos!

Beautiful & Peaceful Home

I stayed with my husband, my two girls, my brother, sister in law and niece and we had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as described and we loved sitting outside by the creek listening to the flowing water and the trees. Ryan was amazing and so quick to respond to anything we needed; he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house 100%.

Thoughtful touches

We enjoyed this property in the beautiful fall with the mountain trees in all their colorful splendor! Home has a nice layout with a big master bedroom on main floor that worked nicely for my son’s family with an infant. Plenty of seating for eating and movies. The property has everything And then some. we would have been happy just relaxing on the property but the younger family members took us hiking and antiquing which we loved. House had everything - coffee pods, spices, soaps, shampoo in showers, laundry powders, dishwasher pods, sheets, towels, even marshmallow roasting sticks and firewood. Communication was easy. We would LOVE to come back again 🍁🍂.

Saw Creek House

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and clean, just like it showed in the pictures. The game room was awesome. Really enjoyed spending time at the fire pit.as well as down by the creek. So peaceful and serene there. We would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful serene stay

This was a perfect getaway. Waking up each morning to the sound of the creek, sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee. The movie room was fun, ping pong table and pinball were all great! Fire pit was the highlight of the trip. House was very clean and very comfortable. If we make our way back to the Poconos, we will be back.
