Room was vacuumed properly and found someone's socks under the couch. The fire alarm went off at 5 o'clock in the morning but the front desk had no idea what weny wrong.
Don't know if this the problem of the Maximum or Hotel.com. When arrived at the hotel, they are saying that my reservation is for 2 people in a 4 bedroom room. But clearly it is 4 people in one bedroom. They wanted us to pay additional 2 people per day. When we decided to cancel our reservation and transfer to another hotel. Then they allowed us to stay as per our reservation. Another thing, there are times no receptionist there to assist. People just leave their key on the counter. Also if your with small children, the street below are full of bar and pub.
Horrible
