「Historic, but updated and well-maintained property. Great restaurant with excellent breakfast. Appreciated the added touch of providing the history of the facility and surrounding area. Lovely lakefront site with seating around the property to enjoy the view. The only slight minus was that my room in the southwind building was right next to the road, but very little traffic at night, so not a big issue. Would probably select a different room next time.」

「We had a wonderful experience at this farmhouse location with easy access to mutiple surrounding attractions. Jessica greeted us with a smile upon arrival. She and her husband, Chad proved to be a most pleasant and accommodating couple. The rental was dutch clean, and there was plenty of amenities on site. The bed was quite comfortable and the property was quiet. We recommend this rental for anyone interested in visiting the area.」

「Cabin-like rental across the street from the lake and a 2-3 minute's walk to the causeway. Bed is comfortable, and there is a nice deck out front and there are kayaks, which we not able to use, but it's a nice feature. A few caveats: if you have mobility issues, you might want to avoid this place because you have to walk on grass a fair stretch to get from the driveway. The bathroom is not that private: the ceiling is completely open. There were also a lot of mosquitos.」

「I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. I highly recommend this home and will definitely return in the future. Thank you.」
