The hotel has very unique features. Right from when you step into reception, its amazing. The forest view is so relaxing, the paths to take a walk on,is what just the person needs. This was my third time ın Uludag, and I will be returning again. Thanks to everyone to make my stay special. One very happy Canadian costumer.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, room was a bit cramped but well-equipped.Turkish hamam in the SPA was terrible, but at least the manager offered to re-book the appointment or offer a breakfast buffet as compensation, so that was nice.

A wonderful five star resort and spa type place. We were the first paying guests. Very safe and secluded. Very friendly staff and modern, spacious rooms. Good for hiking, though warned of bears and wolves. Food was haute cuisine. And great variety. Only big minus was the absence of alcohol!

A Lovely Weekend Getaway – With Room for Improveme

We spent this past weekend at Swissôtel Uludağ and overall it was a wonderful experience. As expected from Swissôtel, the quality was outstanding and the stay felt seamless. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety. For dinner, we tried Chalet 1889 Restaurant; although the menu was somewhat limited, the dishes were tasty and well-prepared. The hotel’s location and natural surroundings were absolutely stunning. We also had the chance to enjoy the open-air cinema, which was a lovely idea, but unfortunately the sound system was very poor and definitely needs improvement. Later in the evening, we ordered room service and tried the hamburgers. Sadly, they were among the worst I’ve had – the patties were extremely disappointing and I believe this should be reviewed urgently. In addition, service throughout the hotel was rather slow; at times we found ourselves handling things on our own. Another issue was with the Spa: I had booked a massage one week in advance, but when we arrived, our appointment was not in the system and we were told it could not be honored. As compensation, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary massage, which we will experience on our next visit. Despite these shortcomings, we truly enjoyed our weekend and are considering returning. With a few improvements, this could easily be a flawless stay.

A state of art luxurous hotel. It was a sanitorium for tuberculosis patients before around 80 years that has converted to a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with a very cold weather. Great dining options. Two things that i didn't like in this stay that i need to menion 1) booked three rooms and was surprised by the reception to hold 27000 TL for the stay. Not a single hotel did that to me which does show a lack of trust to the guest of this hotel 2) we had an incident in the first night of stay. A fire alarm was triggered and woke up all the guests at 6 Am. When we inquired the reception, they said a guest was smoking in the room. This was clearly a lie as a huge amount of smoke came from the wooden oven. Throwing the blame to guests and not assuming responsibility is unproffessional. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay, and would recommend staying in this hotel.

Beautiful facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A little distant (15 minute drive) from ski areas, if that's your jam. Buffet breakfast and dinner the main meal options

Spa çıkışı dinlenme alanı yoktu. Havuz-sauna sonrası o alandan genel resepsiyon alanına geçip asansörle spa alanına geçiş kötü, kendi içinde kapalı bir alandan geçiş olmalıydı ve mesafe uzaktı. Odalar temiz, çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Ancak odada gece modunda bile çok fazla ışık vardı. Tam bir black oda olmadı, tuşların ve telefon ekranının ışığı uykuya dalmayı çok zorlaştırıyor (benim gibi tam karanlık oda tercih eden biri için) Akşam yemekleri çok iyiydi ancak kahvaltıdan aynı performansı alamadık. Yeşillikler bayat ve solmuştu, çok seçenek yoktu. Wellness oteli konsepti için çok hamurişi vardı, daha çok sağlıklı ve fresh bir kahvaltı beklerdim. Bunlar dışında memnun kaldık.
