Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).」

「Great location and amenities. Outdoor bath area had a lot of cobwebs. Poor communication regarding windows not being able to be opened. There should be more specific info about each accommodation in the welcome pack and options to contact the owner directly given this was the weekend and the office was closed. 」
