"Clean room, polite staff, awesome breakfast"

"The fridge smelled like rotten eggs. The carpet was dirty. The problem with check in which I went through Expedia but the hotel showed I did not. I had the email from Expedia. Clerk gave is 317 room keys wouldn’t work finally it did but office showed us at 320!! Overall a big disappointment with room charge. Expedia said 175 but hotel was $222"

"I had to switch rooms because the room I was in smelt like piss. The second room I went into the AC unit was very loud. After the third room I checked into I was some what satisfied. Had to pay for parking. Breakfast isn’t included. Staff was friendly."

"For a hotel at that price, it was very disappointing that the only way to have streaming services was to connect to the hotels WiFi. The issue was that it did not work the entire stay."

"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special for the guests. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the room was very nice, but when we arrived I noticed a pair of black socks on the floor, a larger snack crumb that I stepped on, and the shower floor was very slippery. Since the room is somewhat dark and the socks blended into the flooring, I can understand how they may have been missed, but it did make me wonder if the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. On a positive note, the snack shop was wonderful for late-night needs—offering wine, beer, water, and snacks, which was very convenient. However, there were no utensils, napkins, or paper or plastic cups available either in the room or at the snack store, which would have been helpful since items are purchased there to bring back to the room to heat and or eat."

"Flight was cancelled, never made it to Fort Worth. Wouldn’t let me cancel my stay because it was day of check in. Customer Service at hotel stated I could only cancel if I book direct. Reservations made thru hotels.com were not eligible even with extenuating circumstances outside of my control. "

"My room was clean but had a cracked sink and the tub looked really bad. The noise from the other rooms and the street and traffic was horrible. I had to park in front near the front door and looked out to see a couple who were staying at the hotel basically all over my vehicle. I had to press the lock 3 times to flash the lights and that didn't get them away from it so I had to go down to the parking area which the elevator was so slow. I didn't make it out until they came inside the hotel. I wont be staying at this hotel again. I had to pay $26 for parking and had to deal with these people. My mattress was so over used it was very soft and squishy and my back is out because of it. Overall bad experience."
