「We stayed for two nights in a terrace room expecting a tranquil forest retreat, but it was anything but relaxing weekend. Room 1009 is opposite the indoor pool, so noise from children continued past 23:00 and started again around 7:00. Pool cleaning began at 6:20, and hallway vacuuming shortly after 7:00 added to the disturbance.
