So.. I had to even ask for toilet paper at the reception because they did not even clean my room once per day, i paid 300euros for 6 nights and it was way too much.. Tv didn't work, there was alot of ants on the floor, i had no kitchen suplies, even though i had paid for all of these things to be there. They even said that i would be having nice bathroon and bathtub, but the reality was far from that.. Surroundings at the hotel were bad, thrash everywhere and there was 4-6 kittens inside the yard that made the yard really dirty.. Breakfast was poor, i went there 5 minutes after they opened it, and the juices and meat were already warm, one type of bread and one type of cereal.. I wish i would get my money back, but the locals told me at the bar: "no way!"

Vi hadde 3 leiligheter hvorav en hvor aircondition ikke fungerte. Til tross for beskjed om dette flere ganger i løpet av oppholdet skjedde ingenting. For dårlig !!! Restauranten på hotellet anbefales ikke. Dårlig mat og tok alt for lang tid.

Bon séjours en dehors des points faibles

Nous avons attendu la chambre pendant 1h30 alors qu’en nous étions arrivés à l’heure (15h). Il est indiqué qu’il y a une laverie, or la secrétaire nous a dis le contraire. La piscine était en maintenance durant tout le séjour. Il manquait de la vaisselle : nous étions 4 avec 3 couverts, mais aussi des chaises : 2 chaises pour 4. De plus, il y a une mauvaise évacuation de l´eau dans la douche en plus du manque de tapis de bain en plus de la porte la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas. Cependant, très bonne connexion wifi, bel hôtel très proche d’une belle plage.

מקום מרוחק מאד מהמרכז היה בתחילת הדרך ולא הודיעו על כך בריכה ללא מיים חדרים לא סודרו כל התקופה מגבות הגיעו רק ביום השני וגם אז לאחר בקשה מיוחדת שלנו

Rolig overnatting.

Hotellet ligger nærme flyplassen i Bourgas. Et stille område. Jeg har bodd der et par ganger, også da det het Sarafovo Plaza Complex.

Nice place!

Lovely hotel! The price to quality ratio is very good. I arrived really late, but the service of the staff, especially Mrs Van Lier, was more than I could have hoped for. I already booked again!

Close to the airport

Check-in from a late flight (01.00) efficient. Large, basically furnished room but, disappointingly, no drinking water (or anything else) provided and no tea or coffee making facilities. Breakfast dismal --- poor selection of cold meats, cheese, & salad vegetables and no hot water for making tea (awful lukewarm drinks available from machine), and no attendant staff. Check-out efficient.

BİR BURGAS MACERASI

Otelin konumu güzeldi ama : 1. Kahvaltı diye önümüze konulan şeyi köpek bile yemedi(!) 2. Yatak çarşafları lekeliydi 3. Resepsiyon çağırdığı taksi için bizden 25 leva ücret aldı. Aynı yolu dönüşte 14 levaya geldik. Aradaki 11 levayı kim cebe attı. Herhalde taksi çağırma komisyonu değildi. Otelin iyi olması önemli ama işletmenin de iyi olması gerekir.

This was the best of my vacation

I really liked the rest in Burgas. The hotel is only 4 bus stops from the airport (route 15) or can be reached on foot. The planes above the hotel doesn't fly. 't move in the direction Gorda is the great and an excellent shopping centre Bourgas Plaza, where you can buy food and good shopping things. The hotel is cozy. staff is very kind and polite. the best thing in the hotel is its ideal location. quite near the sea - going for 10 minutes. the hotel has a large and clean pool. Breakfast was continental and not liked me - I prefer to eat in the room because the room was spacious kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Towels and linen changed too, but not daily.

Ruhiges sauberes Hotel für normale Ansprüche

Für ein 3* Hotel war das Zimmer wirklich sehr gut. Es handelt sich um einen Appartment Complex wo Besitzer ihre Appartments vermieten oder selbst nutzen. Wir hatten Studio/Suite mit Frühstück gebucht. Großes Doppelbett, kleine Küchenzeile und schönes Bad mit Dusche u. extra Wanne. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Personal teilweise unmotiviert bis arogant. Hotel ist ruhig, sehr sauber und der Pool auch. Hotel liegt am Ende von Saravovo. Zum Strand und ersten Geschäften/Restaurant sind es ca 5 min Zum Flughafen mit Taxi 5 min, aber von Fluglärm im Hotel nich zu hören.

godt hotel til familie.

Utrolig flinkt og hjælpsomt personale, der forsøger at hjælpe en med alt. Men det kniber lidt for dem at tale og forstå engelsk. Hotellet er rent og flot. men der blev ikke rengjort på værelset, kun skiftet sengetøj en gang, den uge min familie var der.Dejlig store værelser. Der var ikke overfyldt med andre gæster på hotellet.

Very misleading room description

"the private kitchenette offers a convenient way to prepare meals" - no kitchenware provided, completely empty shelves. After I complained, two drinking glasses were put there. The manager admitted that there is actually no kitchenware in any of the hotel rooms but promised to supply for me. This turned out to be a couple of plates, flatware and coffee cups, but nothing to make coffee or hot water with. "a separate sitting area, and a separate dining area" - the fold-out sofabed with table next to it could constitute the sitting area as long as you do not use it as a bed, but no dining area or chairs. A receptionist showed me a slightly larger room with twin beds where there was a small bench extending at a right angle from the kitchenette that could possibly be called a dining area - if there were chairs or bar stools, but there were none, and no kitchenware there as well. "Food/Beverage Credit" - asked twice, the receptionists had no idea what this meant. "The ensuite bathroom has a makeup/shaving mirror" - just a plain old mirror. "cable channels" - a handful of channels, most with low picture quality. "DVD player" - only a manual for one... The railing on the balcony had several days' worth of bird droppings on it when I arrived. A large balcony, but no chairs on it, nor any chairs in the room to move out there. I saw chairs only on two or three other balconies.

Plaza Complex Sarafovo

Vorsicht beim telefonieren aus dem Hotelzimmer !!!! Beim erten Telefonat wird ganz günstig berechnet danach wird einfach gesagt, daß das Programm die Tage davor nicht richtig funktioniert hat und dann wird es richtig teuer. In der Hotelbeschreibung steht W-Lan im Zimmer vorhanden in wirklichkeit gibt es den Empfang nur in der Loby. Es stand auch Hallenbad vorhanden aber in diesem gibt es kein Wasser.
