Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Ikke bo her hvis du ikke er desperat.

Det første som skjedde når vi kom dit var at resepsjonen prøvde å lure oss. Først påstod de at de ikke hadde en booking fra hotels.com og at vi måtte betale på nytt. Ettwr mye masing og fremvisning av resepsjon kom neste løgn om at de ikke hadde mottatt betaling fra hotels.com. Etter jeg ringte hotels.com sin kundesørvis kom etterhvert «sannheten» frem, de var ikke fornøyd med summen rommet var booket på og ville ha mer betalt. Vi fikk etterhvert bo der på bookingen vi hadde. Hotellet er litt slitent, det ser ikke ut til at det er gjort noe der på over 10 år. Hotellet har en nattklubb som spiller live musikk og kjører fest til 4 på morgenen som ikke gjør det så lett å sove. Frokosten var helt forferdelig, og ble ikke klar før 0630, selv om de opplyste om servering før 0600. Kort sagt, ikke bo her.
