Beautiful venue for our wedding
We had everything we needed to host our DIY wedding at this property. Susan the property manager was gracious and helpful throughout.

LKA ALL DAY
Great house, lives up to the pictures and the descriptions. We had 18 people and everyone slept comfortably and had more than enough space to hang out and relax throughout the property.

A fantastic house for a family celebration

We enjoyed this spacious home as a crowd with children as young as 4 months up to 15 years old. Something for everyone! For the introvert children there are adorable pods where they can recharge. Susan checked us in and the process was fast and easy. Plenty of parking and plenty of TVs for everyone. It was a wonderful home, exactly as pictured.

Wonderful, incredible stay
We held a small wedding ceremony and had our guests stay for a full weekend. Everything in this house was made to host events, and we had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host and the check in with Susan went very smoothly, 100% recommend this amazing place!

Best Place To Stay On The Lake
The house and property were amazing. Nothing was left to chance. If you needed it or wanted it the house had it. Kitchen(s) were incredible. You don't need to bring a thing. Completely stocked. You walk in and the fun begins because there is nothing to do or get. We had 26 people at a work retreat and the sounds of laughter were heard all weekend long. Plenty of space, Plenty of Beds, so much to do Communication with the host was fabulous and they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and our needs met. Hope to stay here again and again and again.

Queen Mary 2 Tribe
Gorgeous!! Magnificent view right on the shore of Lake Anna. There were 10 of us in our group and this property was an excellent choice for our friends to gather! The house has every amenity that you can possibly imagine and extremely well appointed. Several places throughout the house to gather for cocktails, talking, and being together including a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We were only there for three days but all of us agreed that we could have stayed longer and would stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this wonderful property. Best Trip Ever!
This house did not disappoint! There was tons of space to relax and gather together (or be apart) for our family group of 22 people. It was the perfect spot for us to celebrate our yearly reunion with family coming in from all states on the east coast. The house has everything you’ll need. Just show up. Andy is great at responding and Susan was the best!!! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you

Unbelievable !!!
Wow! Our family stay of 5 days was absolutely wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice by no means. Susan and Richard were the best host we ever experienced. They were there and assisted us with any issue we may had.The sunsets are breathtaking. I can tell you that we will be back ! Thank you for hosting us!

Bachelor/bachelorette weekend
My fiancé and I wanted to do a friends and family group trip in lieu of a traditional bachelor or bachelorette party. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The house, property, lake, lake house, amenities, and communication were all fantastic! We had a great time and everyone was talking about how much fun they had and how great this place was. If we ever come back to Lake Anna with this large of a group, this house would be our top choice to stay again!

Family Graduation Celebration
This property is beautiful inside and out. Our stay here with family members was wonderful. There is ample space throughout the property for large gatherings for meals, games and conversations as well as some cozier and smaller areas.

Reunion Weekend
This house is awesome, look no further if you’ve got a big group and are looking for a fun weekend. The house (just renovated) is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The outside really takes the cake, though. Between the two massive docks, tiki-bar, beach, and kayaks I’m surprised we got everyone to come in. Andy and Susan (the wonderful property manager) could not have been more accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculately clean and there are tons of games, books, and activities for a rainy day. If it’s available for the dates you’re looking, BOOK NOW!

Held My Wedding Here
This property is incredible. Andy & Susan both did an amazing job answering all of my questions and helping make sure that my small on-site wedding (35 people) went off without a hitch. The views and amenities are beyond compare. The kitchens are huge for when you want to cook a big meal. This place is truly a dream. My dad wants to come back this summer for family vacation. I cannot recommend this location enough.

This place is AMAZING!!
For sure the pictures do not do it justice. The house is absolutely stunning, it has everything you need and more! We are a large group who usually travel together and this has been the best house we have ever booked. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook for large groups, there is plenty of space for chilling and playing games and the view around the house is amazing! Also, Susan and Andy were both super helpful and nice, and they were available for anything we might need. Thanks a ton to both!! I would recommend this place with my eyes closed :) It was a great experience and we are looking forward to come back!!
