ブルズ ベイ ホテル

「Very clean room and very quiet stay.」

「Arrived around 1 am in the morning. The front desk staff was very cordial! The room is outdated and the bathroom extremely small. Had to shut the bathroom door in order to see the shower and enter it. Upon entering the shower there were several pieces of black curly hair at the bottom of the ledge. Then noticed there was black curly hair on the shower walls and on the shower floor. The shower had not been clean. Upon checkout at 10:30 am, got the office staff to come up to the room and observe...

「Excellent stay」

「The staff tries to be helpful, but often they didn't have basic knowledge to be of help. Breakfast was fine, except for weak coffee, but ordering food at other hours was a little of a problem. The AC is right next to the bed.」

「Great and efficient staff...clean hotel」

「周りにはなにもない」

「Room was a good size. Loved the double Balcony. Breakfast was a debacle. Waited 10 min to be seated for a buffet, asked 3 times for coffee and never got it. A neighboring table Offered a pot of theirs to us but we didn’t even have cups. I then had to walk the restaurant to find someone to get us a check. $20/pp I would have expected better. Mentioned to front desk and thought maybe they’d comp us a free breakfast or Starbucks day 2 but nothing.」
