Other things to note
Please read the additional rules before booking.

HOA:
- Trash day: Thursday. If you’re staying here, please put the trashcans out and place them back behind the gate as soon as possible.
- Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. No loud music.
- Pets MUST be leashed on the greenbelt and waste promptly disposed of.
- Marina: Abide by no wake zone.
- Leave ducks alone.
- Fishing is catch and release with barbless hooks.
- Do not park on sidewalks.

Any violation of the HOA rules that results in a complaint or citation to owner will result in forfeiture of $500 deposit.

PETS
Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up.

PARKING
You're welcome to use the driveway to park. Street parking is available as well as long as it doesn't block any driveways. The garage is available for use as well, and should fit two cars.

QUIET HOURS
It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day.

OCCUPANCY
For our short term rental permit with the city of Bullhead, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 12 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds.

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
