New and modern Apartment near Ciocana Pedestrian Alley

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the place where we stayed. It wasn’t big yet not too small, perfect for 2-3 people. Apartment is clean and newly constructed. It has everything you need. The location is perfect, close to a bunch of stores, restaurants, coffee shops and in my case my dentist office. If you are not afraid of heights, the view from the window is spectacular. The host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She was in contact with us and answered quickly our questions. I highly recommend this place."

Once you enter, there is a hallway with 7 doors to 7 mini-apartments, which you open with another key to access the apartment they assigned for you. The apartment is clean and modern - has a mini-kitchen with practically everything (forks, spoons, knives, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc). Bed was comfortable and bedding was of adequate quality. The only minor complaint is the shower - which is a stand-up shower with a curtain (!). They provided the towels, shampoo and shower gel. So, all in all it feels like you are staying at a hotel. For the price (about 30 per night in late November) it exceeded my expectations and of course I would recommended it. If you're never seen a Soviet-built apartment block before, it might be intimidating at first. If you have a car, parking around the apartment is non-existent after 9pm. Some evenings I had to park far away and on the curb or over the curb. Host was super responsive over Whatsapp (nearly instant replies)."
