Easy to get to the property / 5 minute level, covered walk from the main terminal or a free buggy transfer if you have lots of bags. "Great location - next to Petronas Towers. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping mall and metro station. We stayed in a club room and the club lounge was like an oasis - lovely food and drinks with perfect views from the 24th floor. Swimming pool area was lovely - got very busy but always managed to find a sunbed. Staff were exceptional, particular the lovely man from Penang in the club lounge (sorry can’t remember his name) and the doormen. Only slight disappointment was breakfast - just didn’t do it for me. Would go back in a heartbeat."

It is festival season and I’m sure you’re able to rent my room to someone else. I do not think you have satisfactory customer service."
