"It was peaceful. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, especially about finding a meal in local towns. Breakfast was very limited but good. Bread,butter, jam and good coffee. I would suggest charging a bit more and putting on ham, pastries and cheese. Enjoyed it and would return. Tom. Also dog friendly."

"The room was large and spacious. Also a large bathroom. A large comfortable bed. Adequate supplies in fridge for breakfast juice fruit yogurt etc. and coffee and tea. Bread and croissants were available in the morning. The only big drawback was the lack of lighting. There were no room lights at all!! Only bedside lights each side and a small desk light. Sitting in a chair to read, when dark outside was not possible for an older person. The desk light didn’t work at first. I found the bulb not tightly screwed in, but more importantly the socket into which it was plugged, didn’t work. Other than these points the room was super. "
