"Excellent customer throughout my stay. Charnice at check in was very polite and informative and continued to follow up with me throughout my stay. All of the front desk personnel were also very polite. My room was clean and housekeeping was great. My only recommendation would be to include the breakfast buffet with the room charge. The quality of the breakfast is a step higher than you would find at other free breakfast hotels but I'm not sure if it's worth the $15. Other than that, no complaints."

"Bad bad experience I love embassy hotels but this is my first time having this bad expo my room was dirty the pool was extremely dirty…. I’m not satisfied with my staying this time…. The offering point I did not accepted I was disappointed I was tired and ready to rest but it was a bad experience "

"Asked for every other day housekeeping and they came everyday anyhow. Room had no Do Not Disturb sign so i went to the desk to get one and hung it on door. Housekeeping came in anyways and cleaned room again."
