This unit is the lower level of a triplex home. There is another unit upstairs and a separate unit in the back. Driveway parking is available but limited to one shared spot between the upstairs and lower units, based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our property is located in Lower West Buffalo, an up-and-coming neighborhood that’s quiet and diverse. While the area is home to people of various ethnic backgrounds, it is a safe neighborhood, and we have had no security issues in the past.
