House has secure onsite parking and a yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen has all the essentials you would need including a Keurig coffee machine. We also provide the essentials in the bathroom along with bath towels, hair dryer, Iron & Board. Located central to most Buffalo attraction

Rent at your own risk. This homeowner/manager did not communicate with us until we were flying to Buffalo that the house was no longer available leaving us arranging travel arrangements while on a layover. Then, they refused to confirm they’d be giving is a refund and we’re still unsure of this home is a scam. We ended up having to rent three hotel rooms to accommodate our family in top of the amount we’d already paid to stay here. Would not recommend.

Cancellation 3 hours before expected arrival.

This host cancelled by text 3 hrs. on the day of our expected arrival claiming he had a water line leak .I had family coming in to funeralize my grandmother.. We were left to scram to find alternative accomodations when the hotel rates were elevated due to graduations in that area.I am still waiting to hear back from Vrbo about our refund. I was asked to send a screen shot of the host telling me about the cancellation which I did about 2 days ago , and I still have not heard about the ETA of the refund for 1,710. I am still

The property is nice. Our stay was nice, great location close to nearby shops and restaurants. Would have liked to have another tv in one of the bedrooms for the kids. Would be nice to have ceiling fans upstairs because heat rises so the guests that sleep downstairs either have to freeze to keep the guests upstairs comfortable or vice versa. Overall, great stay!

Very relaxing and comfortable

This was a very lovely and comfortable home. It offered a very peaceful and serene environment. It was close to all kinds of amenities and it offered a comfortability that was extremely needed at the time of my stay. I am very thankful and grateful for the owners to open up their home to my family so we could create wonderful memories for many years to come.
