De inicio a fin en mi estancia, la calidad del servicio fue excelente. El desayuno es básico pero cumple satisfactoriamente.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e moderno. Tem parcerias com empresas de turismo e casas de tango. Atendimento de alguns funcionários da recepção ótimo de outros nem tanto. Café da manhã bom, nada de especial. Deveria ter um restaurante como muitos hotéis possuem. Gerente Fernanda e o funcionário da manutenção foram prestativos. Daria nota 7,5 para o hotel.

Bom, mas com coisas a melhorar
O hotel está bem novo, o atendimento é ótimo. A cama não estava muito boa e o chuveiro estava bem ruim, quase não saia água quente.

O hotel tem uma localização incrível, perto de tudo, principalmente Porto Madero. Uma cama gigante mas algumas coisas ficaram a desejar. A porta estava quase quebrando, o sistema de economia de energia não funcionava e não tivemos TV dia nenhum porque não pegava canal algum.

This is such bait and switch and I feel completely ripped off. What it’s advertised here is a four star “upscale” hotel. So think Hilton and Westin. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on expedia. As soon as you get into the elevator and up to your rooms, you entered what resembles a one star hotel. Think of a hostel just with private rooms. The place is grimy and very dirty. Our beds weren’t even changed on our check in. And since we checked in late at night I went down to reception to inform them that my pillowcase is dirty and there is hair on it. They told me there was nothing they can do until tomorrow morning. It took 15 mins for me to explain that I am not putting my head on a dirty pillow. The receptionist then took me to a linen closet where there was no pillowcases at all.I asked him to just give me a clean sheet and I wrapped my pillow with it. Towels were yellow and threadbare. We rented 2 rooms for 5 days and my kids bedrooms had blood stains on their linens. Toilets were leaking along the ring which caused terrible smell. There was police hanging out in a lobby almost every night. And the door in front of the hotel was always locked and people needed to be buzzed in and out. Didn’t seem like safe place at all. We wanted to leave the first night but almost all hotels in BA were booked. And hotel didn’t want to refund us the money so we got stuck with them. The receptionist Francisco was rude and condescending. AVOID AT ALL COST!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fácil acesso para muitos pontos turísticos, mercados, farmácia e nos sentimos muito seguros nos arredores. As acomodações são boas, a pia do banheiro é muito baixa e o chuveiro não saía muita água, mas nada que desabonasse a nossa estadia lá. A internet também funcionou muito bem durante esses dias e recomendo muito a estadia. Se eu for novamente, certamente ficarei no mesmo lugar.
