Es un hotel muy antiguo. Tienen baños de los años 60. Esta muy sucio y descuidado. No lo recomiendo

Good value if budget minded
I liked this hotel. For 1/3 to 1/2 the price of better known hotels, the Regent Palace was clean, comfortable, staff friendly, and well located. Centrally located for walking to the grand blvds., restaurants, and parks. It seems popular with the Latin American guests.

not at all what you see adverticed in the pictures
**This is not an accessible Hotel.** When I first saw the hotel in the website it looked nice and reasonably priced. I wrote to them asking if it was accessible and if the rooms had showers instead of bathtubs ;since I am unable to lift my legs to get into a one, and they replied that the one room that was accessible was not available but that there were showers in the other rooms and that I should be ok. This was not true, as all rooms had bathtubs that were 3' high. Also the bathrooms were old, dated and very narrow making it imposible at times to go in comfortably.The room was very old looking, it felt dirty and had a few things that were just not right.The bed was old and had a metal around the mattress like if it was with the coils in the old times and when I sat on it it really hurt my leg. Very uncomfortable. the room was not big at all. I saw the ramp in-front of the hotel in the pictures and thought ok, at least I'll be able to get up the ramp to enter or exit the hotel. I did not anticipate it being so steep. Not even walking can you use the ramp, yet alone with a walker ( like I have) or a wheelchair. it would be impossible. even the Taki man who helped me said it was ridiculous to have such a steep ramp. The staff helped me get my money back since I only spent one night there. The only "accessible" room they have is at least 175 m from the front door!! I do not recommend this place.

Lots of reviews mentioned the property is in need of an update. I agree however the property when built was most elegant. With extremely large dining facility and bar. In any upgrades there should be every effort made to conserve it's elegance. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for non Spanish speakers.

Extremely helpful front desk with suggestions on dining, Tango shows, able to leave luggage well protected. Close to all city center attractions and very safe despite mid city.

Péssimo os quartos do 1 até o 7 A princípio estávamos no 5 e fomos acordados por baratas . Já tínhamos reclamado pq o lençol estava sujo de secreção sanguinolenta . Fomos reclamar e trocaram a gente para um quarto superior no 8 andar. Café da manhã também não tem muita variedade . Péssimo .

Det var ikke en god hotel som jeg vil anbefale. Priserne justeres. Vi havde bedt om to enkelt senge men fik en dobbelt. Blev lovet at få det ændret men ingenting skete. Morgenmad var meget begrænset udvalg som består af toast en masse søde sager og begrænset pålæg udover marmelade og dolce de leche. Der var ligger frugt i lage. Hvis man skulle have andet var det ekstra til den i forvejen høje pris. Kvalitet og pris passede slet ikke sammen! Hvis kWh kunne ændre min booking samme dag ville jeg gøre det men det var forudbetalt og jeg havde ikke nogen valg. Rengøringen var ok dig meget slidte værelser og meget lyd udefra inklusiv hunde der gør og al transport fra kl. 6. En god ting var at den er ret central. Min anbefaling : find en anden hotel

El hotel o al menos las habitaciones nuestras(3 y 4 piso) no estaban en buen estado. El aire hacia un ruido espantoso, el colchon en mal estado y cada vez q ibamos a la habitacion no podiamos abrir porque tenia problemas la tarjeta. El desayuno no era el mismo que servian arriba q en la parte baja del comedor, pero la atencion de los mozos si es muy buena al igual q la limpieza en general. Pero el hotel no esta en condiciones para ser de 4 estrellas

Nos gustó la ubicación y la posibilidad de guardar nuestro equipaje con un día antes de anticipación. No nos gustó: poca variedad del desayuno, tina del dormitorio sin haberla aseada adecuadamente al ingresar, pobre vista a la ciudad desde el dormitorio, inadecuada relación entre servicio y precio.

We made a reservation for three nights, we not even stay two hours. Rooms are dirty, extremely old, and unsafe. Restroom was horrible . The window of the room was completely detach, when we opened the window it felt…We needed to find another hotel, we expended much more money. This totally ruined our trip.

Modesto porem com um apto superior voltaria
Hotel modesto, banheiro muito pequeno, quarto razoavel. Tive q voltar ao check inn, para resolver a abwrtura da porta do aoto pir tres vezes. Acredito q um apto na categoria superior , seria o ideal. Licalusacao muito boa. Café da manhã razoável.
