アルゼンチン国外から訪れた私に取って快適なホテルでした。英語対応のフロント。ドリンクなどは注文すれば部屋で飲食可能という条件については適切なサービスプライスだと思います。

Não é um mal hotel, mas de uma maneira geral parece mal cuidado. A equipe demasiada jovem e inexperiente. O cuidado com detalhes é deixado de lado com muita frequência, e alguns não são tão detalhes assim, como por exemplo o alarme de incêndio tocar 3 dias seguidos sem razão aparente. A relação custo x beneficio não é ruim, mas poderia ser muito melhor.

The staff is unfriendly. If you are early they dint let you to check in and you’re not allowed to be in the property areas except in the lobby. Even though the elevators are not protected so anybody can get in. The staff makes a big deal when you’re early and they make you stand-by until it’s exactly 2pm to check in. Area is noisy but transportation is excellent so that makes up for the noise. Hotel is outdated and hit water takes like 10 minutes to start flowing. It’s just okay. The property is good and room are comfortable. It will be better if the staff is not so rude.

Lorsque vous arrivez à la réception, la réceptionniste répond à toutes les personnes qui sont arrivées après vous...et dédaigne vous répondre. Le service de nettoyage ne prend même pas la peine de s'excuser de d'avoir oublier de faire votre chambre...vraiment désastreux et pire, sont antipathiques au possible...A surtout ne pas conseiller cet hôtel...

With a litle change it could be a great experiance
Bathroom was sticky and not so clean. Shampoo is beter not to use . Is some cheap liquid . Towels not fresh . Used many times.For such a tipe ( tower) its very small restaurant.It was very bussy. Brekfast is poor. We where at 10th floor . No view!!! Grand view hotel ???? Everything else is just GREAT! We will come again and recomend to a friends.

Dieses Hotel zu buchen war in gar kein Fall keine gute entscheidung. Dort spricht kaum Mensch englich und das Frühstück sehr schlecht.Das Badzimmer schmützig und in der Badewanne drin viele Rostflecken.

No geral o hotel é muito bom, muito limpo, recepção muito bonita, o quarto era aconchegante, muito espaçoso e com a cama confortável. Porém, algo nos chamou muito atenção logo no primeiro dia de estadia no hotel ao pedir uma refeição no jantar do restaurante do hotel, o que ficamos chocados, pois nos serviram um frango grelhado com muito óleo, a batata frita encharcada no óleo e o chorizo banhado a muito óleo, o arroz sem tempero nenhum, a comida infelizmente não era nem um pouco saborosa, essa terrivelmente muito ruim. Nesta noite o meu companheiro acabou passando muito mal com a comida e isso estragou a nossa noite. Não recomendo a comida desse hotel de jeito nenhum.
