期待して行ったのですが？
フロントの人達は　親切でした。最初の部屋は　トイレの流れが悪く部屋を変えてもらったら　洗面所の水はチョロチョロ。キッチンが付いていたのでそちらで歯磨きなどしました。全室バスタブ付と記されてあったのですが　栓が無いのでためることができない。キッチンの電気ポットは　中がさびていて黄色のお湯になってしまう。タオルは黒ずんでボロボロ。一番がっかりしたのは　７階のレストランのおばさん（イベントの臨時雇いなのか）挨拶をしても知らん顔。とても感じ悪く　この旅行を台無しにしました。もうこのホテルには　泊まりません。

Il est prétendument mis à disposition une kitchenette mais en fait elle est très mal, voire pas équipée. Un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, 3 assiettes, 3 couverts parce que nous sommes 3. Pas de torchons de plaques et surtout de réfrigérateur. Pas de produit vaisselle. Pas de bouchon de baignoire rendant les bains impossibles, chaines télé extrêmement limitées.

We had to change our room, because the bathroom was not cleaned well, actually we found some hair on the bathrooms tiles. The area is not very good one. However, they have done a pretty nice job with an old building, and their breakfast area on the rooftoop is a very nice and clean one with a very nice service. I haven't look for other apartments, but it might be a good place for the money. I would reccoment getting an apartment in Palermo neighborhood, where are very nice bars and restauraunts.

Mala atención
tengo que cambiar mi comentario ya que por decir la verdad no lo publican! mala atención de la app hotels y también del lugar, se les planteó antes de viajar lo que me pasó y la única solución fue cobrar el cien por ciento del total no fueron capaz de devolver algo al menos cuando planteé todo antes de utilizar la estadía. Fue algo grave y ni un poco de consideración

Vale ressaltar que NÃO É UM HOTEL… portanto, sem café da manhã, sem quartos arrumados e toda comodidade que um hotel oferece, porém, custo benefício excelente para quem pretende economizar em uma viagem. A localização é ótima, atendimento 4 estrelas na minha humilde opinião, mas os recepcionistas sempre dispostos a ajudar. Peguei o quarto Superior, a vista não é bem como as fotos e a piscina também é menor do que aparenta ser, mas se a intenção não for ficar na piscina e nem na sacada vale a hospedagem. Na chegada o quarto estava limpo e bem organizado.

Good location close to city centre. Staff quite helpful. Only 1 sun lounger by the pool, are chairs though. Some noise outside my room on occasion. Room was spacious.Decent price.

Excelente lugar para conocer Buenos Aires, el departamento es súper amplio con un diseño moderno y cómodo. A solo 2 cuadras del la famosa 9 de Julio. Sería excelente que contara con una parrilla eléctrica para cocinar. El personal súper amable y atento.
