全体的にとても綺麗で、部屋も広くてよかったです。 ライトチェックインの際のフロントの方が少しぶっきらぼうでしたが、他の方は親切に対応していただけました。ほとんどのスタッフの方は英語が通じます。

Spacious and clean room. No problem in the room facilities. Hotel staff spoke English, and responded to my questions and requests promptly.

We arrived on a late flight, and could still check-in. The hotel is close to AEP. I recommend taking an airport taxi instead of their transport system. We were told it would cost $18 USA but the driver charged us 35$. We had to dig in our carryons to find cash, as we could only pay by cash. The hotel clerk said it said it should be $15. Then we did not have cash left to get stuff at AEP airport. We liked the hotelbut the gouging on transportation ruined our view of the hotel They did have a good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms

Hotel bom em área bem localizada. Quarto espaçoso com varanda. Atendentes solícitos que ajudaram a gente em dúvidas sobre a localidade. Há 3 quadras do cemitério e feira da recoleta. Próximo a casa de câmbio, restaurantes e mercados.

Hotel com um bom custo benefício. Tive a sorte de ficar em um quarto grande. Acho que poderiam modernizar a TV e trocar alguma coisa no café da manhã de um dia para o outro. Mas é tudo muito justo pelo preço cobrado.

The worst bed ever, either it was very low cost/ quality or the mattress is very old. The pillows are thick and cheapo. When we arrived the elevator to our tower was not working had to take the other tower elevator, get off at a higher floor and then cross and go down the stairs. Big mistake staying at this place because of the size of the room.

Bela opção com tranquilidade
Localização muito boa, perto de vários restaurantes e de pontos turísticos, em uma rua calma. Café da manhã correto, mas com a lotação do hotel, as mesas são bem concorridas. O quarto é de otímo tamanho, mas o banheiro é pequeno e o box é quase uma capsula. Esse é único ponto negativo da estada. De resto, a equipe foi bem atenciosa com todos.

A gem in Recoleta
This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights upon arrival in BA, then 1 night a week later, when we picked up our luggage, stored free of charge, before an Antarctic cruise. It was clean and comfortable, tho we had no view. The swimming pool on top was small but refreshing. Breakfast was good--good coffee, real juice, croissants, and other pastry, fresh fruit (and canned) eggs, bacon yogurt cereal, available til 11 AM. No generic pancakes a la Best Western, possibly why others complained. The best thing about the hotel was the service. The front desk was always available, to book a taxi and tell us the cost in advance, give directions and dining advice, store luggage, etc. They even delivered us an adaptor when ours did not work. When we were leaving a little late, they extended our stay without asking. The only negative was that the first very large king-sized bed we had was soft. No ice in the room, but later they said we just had to ask.

Staff was very helpful, spoke excellent English. We only stayed here 1 night before Cruise out of BA. It was perfect for us. Clean, location safe with several restaurants and bars within walking weeks before our trip, Concierge Enzo, arranged transport from EZE airport to hotel via email. Once at the hotel, Miguel arranged a taxi to transport us from hotel to cruise port for the next morning. Drivers did not speak much English, but were punctual, courteous and helped with luggage. Overall this was a very good and seamless experience for us. We would definitely stay here again.
