In the northeastern commune of Budoni in Sardinia, this holiday apartment with a great sea view is just a short walk from both the centre and the beautiful beach of Porto Ottiolu. Located on the first floor, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom with beautiful Sardinian tiles. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a baby cot. In the outdoor area you will find a spacious, covered balcony with a dining table, a barbecue and an amazing view of the glittering sea. You can reach both the marina and the central town square, with shops, restaurants and cafes, in 8 minutes walking (600 m). The white beach of Spiaggia di Porto Ottiolu and the crystal clear sea furthermore await you just 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk from your front door. Here you can do water sports under the warm sun and go on sailboat excursions to explore the area.
